Audited financial statement for the last five years 2021-22 to 2024-25 duly signed by the Charted Accountant (with UDIN) should be uploaded
The Bidder should submit valid GST registration Certificate
Bidder should submit the ESI registration certificate issued from the competent authority
The bidder has to upload the bid form enclosed in this tender duly filling all details
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by any state Government/Government of India/Union Territory. Self-declaration statement shall be uploaded
Existing commitments and ongoing works as on the date of this tender in the prescribed proforma in section -3 of KW-1 Form (Clause1.4 (A)). The contractor should enclose/ attach/upload all necessary certificates duly attested by the employer not below the rank of Executive Engineer for details in column No(7)of the table
