Material and Labour for Granite (of any type), 18- 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills,cooking platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixer of pigment to match with marble shade including making full curving the edges and dismantling existing one complete all as specified.and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel as in main and cross beams, hips and jack rafters, purlins where connected to commen rafters and running rails fixed with angle cleat or other connecting plates complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 Cm width and girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully existing steel gates any type for carrying out necessary repairs by replacing old unserviceable hinges, rollers, roller plates, gate piller etc , greasing, oiling for its smooth functioning complete and re-erecting the same in old position, area of gate not exceeding 15 sqm each (NOTE :- supply and fix parts of gate, painting, brick or concrete work will be measured and paid separately complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully existing rolling shutters any type for carrying out necessary repairs by replacing old unserviceable parts, greasing, oiling for its smooth functioning complete and re-erecting the same in old position, area of shutter not exceeding 15 sqm each (NOTE :- supply and fix parts of shutter, greasing, oiling and painting will be measured and paid separately complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 108.00 above but area exceeding 15 sqm but not exceeding 30 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down the inter locking laths from rolling shutter and supply and fix new laths of cold rolled steel strips 0.80mm thick having inter locking curls at both ends and a deep corrugation at the centre with the ridge depth not less than 12mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 110.00 above but thickness of lath 1.10mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down bottom lock plate any thickness and supply and fix new bottom plate 3.15mm thick reinforced with MS angle not less than 35 x 35 x 5mm size, bottom sliding bolt for locking arrangement two handles for pulling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down the existing guide channel of rolling shutter from columns/walls as specified and supply and fix new guide channel made out of 1.60 mm thick MS sheet with minimum depth of channel 65mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 113.00 above but guide channel 75mm depth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing unserviceable hood cover and supply and fix new hood cover made out of mild steel sheets 1.00 mm thickness hexagonal /square in section properly stiffened with nuts and bolts angle iron /flat iron at top and bottom edges fixed to brackets or plates complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down spring 45 threaded and supply and fix new spring 45 threaded complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
