M & L for cementitious Injection Grouting by fixing 12 mm dia galvanized iron / PVC nipples including drilling hole of required diameter upro 40 mm to 80 mm of half the thickness of member (whichever is less), at required spacing but not exc the spacing of member or 300 mm including cutting the projected portion of nozzle in the level of surface and sealing off the nozzles with RENDROC PLUG of FOSROC or equivalent as per manufacture specifications and cementitious injection grouting with cement slurry 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 water) by weight including mixing of grout compound (CEBEX 100 of FOSROC or equivalent) as per manufacture specifications,in cracks under low pressure up to 0.50 Kg/Sqm complete all as spcified and as directed.

M & L for two coat of Nitocote CM210, an elastomeric cementitious coating approved under the UK WBS Scheme No.0510522 upto a thickness of 2 mm. The cured coating, afterimmersion, shall be capable of withstanding cracked substrate cyclic movement from 0 - 300 - 0 microns at 15°C for 6,000 cycles without failure. It shall have the capability to resist a positive water pressure of 5 bar as per DIN 1048,Pt 5 and a negative water pressure of 2 bar when tested to ITM / FTM-181. The cured coating, shall have the capability to static crack accommodation 0.9mm with Abrasion resistance as per ASTM D4060 : Wear Index with CO diffusion resistance > 50 m.Application should be as per Fosroc methodology.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), in two layers, under coat of 10 mm thick & top of 5 mm thick, to other than fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces, top layer 5 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound (@ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound to be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), to fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces, mixed with water proofing compound (@ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. The feeder pillar box is cubicle shaped, roof canopy type, with special type of heavy duty industrial door hinges and totally enclosed dust proof and vermin proof front and back opening with suitable locking arrangements and cable entry will be from bottom side only. The box shall have necessary provision/accommodation of the following electrical items.

INCOMING: (i) Aluminium bus bar 4 strips (covered with colour coded insulated PVC sleeves) 800 Amps capacity of suitable length including connection etc complete – 01 Set (ii) Indicator lamp for RYB phase (iii)Molded case circuit breaker 630 Amps 415 Volts, Thermal Magnetic release with adjustable over load setting and adjustable short circuit setting,4 pole, ,Ics=100% Icu,36 kA breaking capacity.= 02 Nos. Make : L & T Cat Part No. CM94102OOT1OG or equivalent in Schneider/ ABB.(iv) Extended rotary handle for MCCB (v) 630 A , 4 P ATS with controller (vi) 3 Ph digital type multifunction meter(vii) 24 V Battery charger (vii) Aux contact 220V coil Note: required wiring from DG control unit to ATS for auto operation deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 x 60cm x 3.15 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with the top edge not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to copper strip 20 X 3 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of steel and other end connected to earthing test point including funnel, watering pipe of 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe, wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers all around the earth electrode compacted thickness 15 cm, earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, 50 mm thick pre-cast RCC cover slab (1:2:4) type B1 set in CM (1:4), reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 10 cm c/c and suitable handle of 10 mm dia MS round bars including earth work and excavation in soft/loose soil, desposal of soil not exc. 50 metre complete and testing on completion all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of MES schedule, part-I complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES 1). The unit rate include copper strip from top of earth plate upto 7.5 meter above ground level.

Shifting only DG set of capacity 380kVA from CZW to bldg no P-1, loading, unloading with hydraulic crane, required men power and transporting to new location including disconnecting existing electrical system complete all as specified and as directed.
