Taking down cement plaster of any description incl racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc removing rubbish out side the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding/ complete and removing serviceable tile & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laided bedded and pointed in cement mortar in floors, aprons etc and removing serviceable stone slab & rubbish off the premises complete.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the same of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work, PCC block masonry or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling finishing even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L 15 mm thick (10mm+5mm) plaster on fair faces of brickwork / concrete or PCC block masonry in CM 1:4 and surface finished even and fair by mixing liquid waterproofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete. Note:- Liquid WPC shall be measured & paid seperately under relevant item of this BOQ.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on concrete surface in CM 1 :3 as in ceiling etc. all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound hydroseal-W+ or eqivalent (for plaster hardening, to control efflorescence & fungal growth) as approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (Apex Ultima or equivalent given under list of make) with approved colour and pattern over a coat of primer as on walls of Bldgs of any height including necessary and procedure complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approved colour and pattern over a coat of primer over a coat of alkali resistant primer finished even and smooth, all as speciified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for of preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Plastic emulsion paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer finished even and smooth, all as speciified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and for applying of plaster of paris putty not less than 1mm thick over a plaster surface ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick, PCC M-7.5 grade (Nominal mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base to floor finish complete.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete M-15 grade (Nominal mix) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course complete all as specified.

M&L Non skid ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square /rectangular ) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but n exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match with colour of tile laid over and including 15mm thick in CM 1:4 screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes

M&L Coloured Non Skid ceramic joint free tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tile laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:4 all as directed.

M&L Coloured Vitrified tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tile laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:4 all as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles (350 x 250 mm/450x300) x 7mm thick, in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with colour of tile laid over and including rendering 10mm thick as in backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300 x 200 x 7mm thick, in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with colour of tile laid over and including rendering in 10 mm rendering in CM 1:4, all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre polished Chequered rubburised and glossy finish cement tiles 30cmx30cmx 25 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 completed.

M&L for 60mm machine pressed pre-cast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks with grey cement and pigment, rubber moulded any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade as in floor/pavement complete all as specifie and as directed.

M&L for 20-25mm thick machine cut machine polish kota stone slab flooring in flooring but one piece as in treads of straircase etc over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing moulding complete, over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding in CM 1:3 for laying floor finishes, all as specified and directed.

All as item No 26 here in before but in one piece on vertical surface as skirting over and incl 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 to receive kota stone/slab etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick Granite slab machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement and pointed and adhesive of pigment to match the shade including cutting with polshing rounding moulding etc, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1 :4, all as directed.

All as per item No 28 above here in before but 20 mm thick Machine cut Cudappah stone in floor or in any position of any colour and shape as specified and directed.

Polishing of old existing Kota stone flooring i.e, cutting , grinding, joints pigment filling and polishing to get mirror finish complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing for bore of pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing to walls and ceiling 15 mm nominal bore, medium grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-fixing 15mm bore old steel water tubing and connections in new or old position of walls, ceiling, floors etc with new fittings complete. Note: Serviceable pipes obtained shall be re-used

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections,including cleaning for refixing for bore of pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixed in repairs 15mm bore Stop valves, cast copper alloy, fency type, chromium plated with long or short shank and cup ( concealed type) screwed down high pressure , screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions.

S&F in repairs , CP brass , chromium plated shower roses with or without swivel joints, any size, including fixing to steel pipe or union all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm Brass CP wall mixer for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe and fixed all as directed

S & F in repair PVC valveless syphonic action type flushing cistern (Low or high level) of 10 litre capacity, white/coloured with inlet ball valve, float, handle including fixing brackets and 32 mm bore PVC flush pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white excluding flushing cistern but including bolts, Flush pipe , seat cover and connection to drain (or out going pipe) and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe etc. complete, all as specified and directed.

Taking down old rain water pipes and SWR pipes any size or pattern, including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks etc including cleaning or refixing or removal to store.

Providing and fixing inter locking metal grid (snap grid for false ceiling) of size 605 mm x 605 mm in true horizontal level, hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 grams/sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24 mm X 38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross “T” of size 24 mm X 28 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main “T” at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200 mm x 600 mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600 mm and size 24 mm X 28 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200 mm X 600 mm panel to form grids of 600 mm X 600 mm and wall angle of size 24 mm X 24 mm X 0.4 mm. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 mm X 37 mm X 25 mm X 1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 mm X 30 mm X 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F POP decorative cornice 100mm size of approved design and pattern fixing along wall and ceiling juction all as specified.
