Material and Labour for 0.50mm thick Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified,including dismantling/Taking down of existing sheets of any gauge complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, first quality glazed ceramic designer pattern coloured tiles 350mmx250mm x 7mm/ 450mmx350mm x 7mm thick in vertical surfaces as in dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles (fixed in pattern of combination of dark and light colour with border), over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) as backing coat, finished fair and even to receive tiles, including taking down existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 10mm thick ( Squre/ Rectanguler) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 1:4 , 15mm thick for laying floor finishes, including taking down existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including cement screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in Cement mortar 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thicknessin floors, aprons etc.laid bedded and pointed in any mortar. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, 20 mm thick granite ( of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) iin steps, jamb,pillars,window cill, cooking plateform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including cement screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in Cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thicknessin floors, aprons etc.laid bedded and pointed in any mortar. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints,hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4), on brick/concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, sub main wiring with two single core 2.50 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and unsheathed cables with stranded copper conductor FRLS, drawn in and including PVC cassing capping with all standard accessories including one run of continuous PVC insulated stranded copper conductor FRLS cable 2.50Sqmm (nominal area) for earth continuity, complete all as specified and directed. Note(s) :- 3runs of 2.50Sqmm main cable and 01 run of cassing capping shall be measured as one unit/one Running Metre.

Taking down old unserviceable main switches/distrubtion board any type including fuses MCB etc after removing all connection and making good the distrub surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 star rated with complete all accessories sach as safety valve, thermostate NRV, connection pieces etc all as specified specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix, wall mounting fan, 400 mm sweep, heavy duty, AC single phase, 230 volts including connection with 0.5 sqmm multistranded copper conductor flexible wire from ceiling rose, necessary fixing arrangement i.e anchor nut, bolt, washer and grouting and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to G I earth strip of 4mm dia G I wire by means of brass bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, pit cover of precast RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced XPM of weight not less than 4 kg/ Sq.m and MS frame etc. including taking down of old unserviceable earthing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The unit rate includes earth lead and protection pipe up to maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate to earth point/test point. (ii) Earth pit shall be constructed minimum 0.5 metre away from earth.

Note : Schedule of credit for Rs. 140547.00 (Rupees one lakh forty thousand five hundred and forty seven only) to be deducted on acceptance of bid.
