Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2 m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shale, murram, gravel, stony earth and earth mixed with small size boulders including cost of all labour, T&P, Transporting the excavated earth by haed load lead upto 100 m, including unloading in low level places of SS premises, etc., complete as directed by the Engineers at site.

Filling with filling sand complying with standard specification for filling watering and compaction in layers for filling in foundation and basement including the cost of all labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete as directed by the Engineers at site.

Providing Cement Concrete 1 : 4 : 8 using 40 mm HBG metal for levelling Concrete including the cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, T&P etc., complete as directed by the Engineers at site.

Providing R .C .C . 1 : 1.5 : 3. using 12 to 20 mm HBG metal for Raft and Plinth Concrete including the cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, Centring charges, T&P etc., complete as directed by the Engineers at site but excluding the cost of Steel reinforcement.

Providing Cement Concrete 1 : 2 : 4 using 12 to 20 mm HBG metal including the cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, T&P etc., complete as directed by the Engineers at site.

Supplying, fabricating, placing and tying in position RTS / MS rods for reinforcement in RCC works including cost of all materials, straightening, cutting, bending, tying as per the standard specification and drawing, all lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the Engineers at site

Supplying, fabricating, placing and tying in position of 20 mm dia GI Boltof length 1.20 m including cost of all materials, grouting, 140 / 160 mm PVC pipe, template arrangements, as per the standard specification and drawing, all lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the Engineers at site

Providing Brick work in C .M 1 : 4 using II Class Ground Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks of 9" x 4.5" x 2 3/4" in Ground Floor including the cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, T&P etc., complete as directed by the Engineers at site.

Providing Special Plastering with C.M. 1:3, 12 mm thick for plinth side wall and cable duct side wall, and all concrete surface including the cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, T&P, scaffolding charge, etc., complete as directed by the Engineers at site.

Colour washing the plinth side and top surface using approved good quality Acrylic Emulsion paint two coats over a coat of wall primer. Before painting the wall surface should be properly cleaned and the wall surface should be applied the approved quality wall putty neatly,[ patch work only ] etc, including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, scaffolding charge, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.
