Removal of below existing unserviceable components of various furniture items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components / discorded components as mentioned including tightening the joints, placing every part in-tact and painting / polishing the disturbed portion, as applicable as per drgs. a) Removing old U/S 6 Liver Lock with S & F new 6 Liver Lock with Duplicate Key as shown in drg.

c) Removing old U/S hings with S & F new hings as shown in drg

d) Removing old U/S Leg with S & F new Leg of Almirah Large Steel as shown in drg

e) Removing old U/S Leg with S & F new Leg of Almirah Small Steel as shown in drg

f) Removing of U/S shelves of Almirah Large Steel and supply and fix new shelves of Almirah Large Steel all as shown in drg.

4. Charpoy GI Pipe Ply top (FD-220 ) , (FD/E6/MAP-II/01)

a) Removing of the existingh U/S long rail and Supply & Fixing new long rail with 32mm dia GI Pipe including both end threaded suitable for fixing elbow complete all as shown in drg as specified and directed.

b) Removing U/S broken short rail and fixing new short rail made out of old broken long rail obtained from 4 (a) above including both end threaded suitable for fixing elbow complete all as shown in drg as specified and directed.

c) Removing U/S broken Leg and fixing new leg made out of old broken long/short rail obtained from 4 (a) & (b) above including both end threaded suitable for fixing elbow complete all as shown in drg as specified and directed.

d) Removing of U/S Elbow 3 way and supply and fix new GI Elbow 32mm dia ISI marked.all as shown in drg as specified and directed.

e) Removing of U/S Checknut and supply and fix new checknut all as shown in drg as specified and directed.

f) Removing old unserviceable plywood from GI pipe & supplying and fixing 12mm thick plywood boiling water proof IS ; 710 of size 1980 x 900mm to GI pipe frame by privifing 03 Nos of black painted flat Iron of size 40mm x 6mm length equal to width of GI Charpoy bending the flat iron the shape reqd to fix it tightly to GI Charpoy with the help of nut, bolt & washer of size 62-65mm & 6mm dia by drilling holes into GI pipe alongwith any welding if required . The plywood shall be fixed on the charpoy by drilling 16 Nos holes (03 nos each long Rail & 02 Nos on each iron flat ) & fixing it with nut bolt and washer of size 62-65mm and 6mm dia & tightening the complete frame , Rest all as directed by Engr - In charge .( Ply wood Make-Green Ply/Kit ply/Century/Archidply

5. Chair verandah (FD-359/256)

(a) Removing U/S canning of seat of chair verancah and recanning of seat of chair verandah with new cane as per drg.

(b) Removing U/S canning of back of chair verandah and recanning of back of chair verandah with new can as per drg

(c) Removing of U/S Rubber shoe and supply and fix new rubber shoe as per drg.

6. Chair CBA Steel with Arms FD-75(M)

(a) M&L for removing old U/S Handle from chair CBA and supply & fix new handle of 1st class teakwood to chair as per drg all as specified and directed.

(b) M&L for removing old U/S seat made up of 1st class teak wood from chair CBA and supply and fix new seat to chair as per drg all as specified & directed

(c) M&L for removing old U/S back made up of 1st class teak wood from chair CBA and supply and fix new back to chair as per drg all as specified & directed

(d) M&L for cleaning the steel surface of chair CBA with arms by scraping with emery papers filling the holes where ever required and shall be painted externally with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make.

7. Chair CB Steel without Arms FD- 75 (M)

(a) M&L for removing old U/S seat made up of 1st class teak wood from chair CBB steel without arms and supply and fix new seat to chair as per drg all as specified & directed

(b) M&L for removing old U/S back made up of 1st class teak wood from chair CBB without arms and supply and fix new back to chair as per drg all as specified & directed

(c ) M&L for cleaning the steel surface of chair CBA without arms by scraping with emery papers filling the holes where ever required and shall be painted externally with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make.

8. Table Office Officer Steel (FD/84/1003)

(a) M&L removing U/S old top of table and supply and fix new top made up of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination, ISI marked of approved shade and make with 4mm thick teak wood beading all around, all as specified and directed..(size of top 1.68 mtr x 0.87 mtr)

(b) M&L for removing old U/S box of set of three drawer of existing size and supply and fix new box of set of three drawers of existing size all as specified and directed.

(c) M&L for removing old U/S lock from Office table and supply and fix new locks with duplicate keys and making all drawers functional and locking as per standard pattern all as specified and directed.

(d) M&L for repair to Table office Officer by necessary denting to deshaped portions and greasing to drawers.

(e) M&L for cleaning the steel surface of table office officer by scraping with emery paper filling holes wherever required & shall be spray painted both internally & externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade.

09. Table office clerk steel :- (FD-1004)

(a) M&L removing U/S old top of table and supply and fix new top made up of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination, ISI marked of approved shade and make with 4mm thick teak wood beading all around, all as specified and directed. (size of top 1.2 mtr x 0.61 mtr)

(b) M&L for removing old U/S box of set of three drawers of existing size and supply and fix new box of set of three drawer of existing size along with central locking all as specified and directed.

(c) M&L for removing old u/s lock from office and supply and fixing new locks with duplicate keys and makinfg all drawers functional and locking as per standard pattern all as specified and directed engineer -in- charge.

(d) M&L for cleaning the steel surface of table office clerk by scraping with emery paper filling holes wherever required & shall be spray painted both internally & externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade.

10.Rack Adj Steel

(a) Tightning of all screws and frame & replacement of old unserviceable screw/bolt with washer & S&F new ones where required.

(b) M&L for cleaning the surface of Rack Adj steel with shelves by scraping with emery paper filling holes wherever reqd and shall be spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade.

11. Bed hard steel (MAP) (FD/E6/MAP/08R)

(a) M & L removing old broken/ unservicable Prelaminated particle board of head board of bed hard and S & F new 18mm thick plywood size 634mm x 196mm BWR Grade as per IS - 303 approved specification Make Archid ply/Century/Green Ply covered both sides with laminate sheet of approved shade by Engr-in -charge with 18mm x 4mm thick teak wood beading all round the edges of ply complete rest all as specified and shown on drg an directed by Engr -in - charge.

b) M & L removing old broken/ unservicable Prelaminated particle board of foot board of bed hard and S & F new 18mm thick plywood size 638mm x 314mm BWR Grade as per IS 303 approved specification Make Archid ply/Century/Green Ply covered both side with laminate sheet of approved shade by Engr-in -charge with 18mm x 4mm thick teak wood beading all round the edges of ply complete rest all as specified and shown on drg an directed by Engr -in - charge.

c) M & L removing olf broken/unserviceable Ply top of Bed hard steel and S & F new ply top of 12mm thick of size 1974mm x 850mm BWR Grade as per IS 303 approved specification of Make: Archidply/Century Ply/Green Ply with fixing in position all as shown on drg with suitable size screws & cup washercomplete all as specified and shown on drg and directed by Engr - in - charge.

d) M & L for preparation of old steel surface of bed hard by scraping /rusting /denting and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint colour black in shade of Make : Berger/Nerolac/Asian with spray gun machine complete as directed by engr- in - charge.

12 . TV TROLLEY : (FD/E6/MAP/15)

a) Removing unseviceable top and supply and fixing new top os size 750mm x600mm shall be made up of 18mm thick ply wood BWR grade of Make : Archid/Century/greenply) of with both side laminated with laminate sheet of make : Archid/Century/green ply of approved colour / shade as directed by GE / Engr -in -charge with polished 4 mm thick teak wood beading all rounfd the drg.

b) All as per item No. 12.01 here-in- before but sides of TV trolley of size 700mm x 500mm

c ) All as per item No. 12.01 here-in- before but back of TV trolley of size 700mm x 550mm

d) Removing old unserviceable castors wheel and supply qand fixing new castors wheel 50mm dia swivel types suitable for TV trolley all as shown on drg .

e) Removing old broken glass and supply and fixing two side movable 2 glass shutter of size 700mm x 275mm on almn channel fixed on front door alround . Glasses shall be of 5mm thick Make; Saint Gobin/modi Guard /swastik fixed with steel wheel of appropriate size for sliding channel irrespective of what shown on drg.

13. Locker bed side steel FD-1029 : - supplying & fixing the following parts in replacement of the old existing unserviceable parts of the locker as qpproved , shown on drg & as directed by Engr- in- charge.

a) Removing old U/S 6 Liver Lock with S & F new 6 Liver Lock with Duplicate Key as shown in drg.

b) MS steel CP handles high quality 100mm long as per drg.

c) CP steel conduit 19/20mm dia hanging rod with brackets 16 guage as per drg.

d) Removing of U/S shelves of locker bed side steel and supply and fix new shelves of locker bed side steel all as shown as per drg.

14.Table 3'x2' with Drawer Steel FD-1008

(a) Removing of U/S Table TOP and S&F New Table TOP as per Drg

M & L removing off broken/unserviceable Ply top of Bed hard steel and S & F new ply top of 12mm thick of size 1974mm x 850mm BWR Grade as per IS 303 approved specification of Make: Archidply/Century Ply/Green Ply with fixing in position all as shown on drg with suitable size screws & cup washercomplete all as specified and shown on drg and directed by Engr - in - charge.

b) M & L for preparation of old steel surface of bed hard by scraping /rusting /denting and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint colour black in shade of Make : Berger/Nerolac/Asian with spray gun machine complete as directed by Engr - in - charge.

M&L for spot welding of broken joints etc. Various steel furniture not exceeding 2.5cm in length including scraping, preparing surace of welded portion by grinding and buffing to make fit for painting and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on welded portion to match with existing painting.
