Design, manufacturing, Supply, installation, testing, commissioning & of G+5 / (Multi-level) with Electro Mechanical technology to accommodate for a total number of 100 (minimum) cars with suitable steel structure frame work, Independent motorized units having up/down/lateral movement which can take the load of 2500 kg. capacity including PLC with HMI operation and electrical installation etc.as per scope and specification & direction of Engineer In Charge. The system shall be designed to accommodate cars up to size 5200 mm length and 2100 mm width and height 2100mm (SUV) for minimum two floor and 1700 mm for other floors, with average parking time not more than 180 seconds, including parking management system and accessories complete in all respect (Boom barrier and CCTV, ANPR surveillance cameras), Including Foundation, underground water tank (1.5 lakh capacity), overhead tank with 10000 ltr. capacity and fire staircase with fire path as per latest fires norms. Retaining wall and all Civil & PHE and Electrical works, power back-up, including elevation etc. complete as per technical specification, scope of work mentioned in RFP and directions of Engineer in charge
