M&L for 18-20mm thick granite of approved quality as in platform i.e. in horizontal & vertical position, machine cut (table rubbed and polished) laid over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling, mass concrete and sub base of floors, path/ paving etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed block for hold fast, plinth courses, copings, bed plates etc and the like including weathering slightly rounded/ chamfered angles with & including necessary use and waste of form work for fair faces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floors and the like etc considering the floor slope complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.50M clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates etc and the like including weathering slightly rounded/ chamfered angles with & including necessary use and waste of form work for fair faces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured & paid for separately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in cover slab (for manholes) and set in CM (1:6) including necessary fair finish formwork complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured & paid for separately under respective item of BOQ.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, fixed in frame complete all as specified & directed. Notes: (ii) Wiremesh/ glass panes shall be measured and paid separately in "supply only" under respective items of BOQ.

M&L for scratch free dark shade vitrified floor tiles, minimum 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.42Sqm but not exc 1.00Sqm as in skirting/ dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350x250x7mm or 450x350x7mm thick as approved by GE on vertical surfaces such as skirting/ dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified & directed.
