Dismantling of boarding in wall/ceiling, any description, fixed in any position with nails or screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge

S&F M&L for readymade soft wood wall /Ceiling panelling in strips of 100 mm width 10mm thickness having lounge and groove fixing arrangements fixed to wooden frame work(Size of frame work 1.2X1.2 C/C included ) as per manufacturers instruction including polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge .Note : if necassary size of the frame work/ wall paneling will be changed as per site requirement without any cost different complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of coloured PVC designer modular wall cladding 5 to 6 mm thick with air gap, installed with necessary fixing GI channel or frame with end joints on edges ( designed colour patterns as per directed by Engr - in- charge). The frame work will be fixed to wall using aluminium screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge .Note : if necassary size of the frame work/ wall paneling will be changed as per site requirement.

M&L for 2nd class soft wood fillets sectional area exc 3 and n exc 6 sqcm rectangular or triangular in section but bullnosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one edge of face, secured with nails or brads, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair for SDC Laminated flooring 8mm thick of any coloured, manufactured by Direct Pressure Laminated (DPL) wherein the empty Abrasive aluminium oxide overlay alongwith metamine impregnated decorated film is directly fused with the back with flooring locking profile in designed with double click locking system on the length and single locking width alongwith desire locking strength laid over 1mm thick foam base, complete including removal of existing flooring, all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Veneered decorative plywood of 12mm thick, grade 1 (with BWR resin) with decorative face veneers on both faces; fixed with screws to timber frame work work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Rim latch with two levers, of brass body. stove enamelled finish; with brass knob or lever handle and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Continuous (piano) hinges width of 30mm, Brass, bright finish or electrogalvanised complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Magnetic catches, and brass body and striking plate including letting in and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for Stainless steel pressed handles 100 mm size complete fixed complete all as specified and directed.
