e TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND LAYING OF 3.5 X 185 SQ. MM L.T. XLPE UG CABLE FROM CB SUBSTATION TO CENTENARY BUILDING LT PANEL AND GENERATOR IN CHENNAI PORT AUTHORITY UNDER TWO COVER SYSTEM

Removal of existing 2 Nos. 1000A, 3P, ACB from the LT panel installed at CB substation as detailed in Schedule ‘A’.

Design, Fabricate, Supply of 1600 Amps, 440 volts rated indoor type 1600A, 3P, ACB shall be replaced in the existing LT panel at CB substation with all other accessories as detailed in schedule ‘A.

Installation, testing and commissioning of the above ACB in the existing LT panel CB substation with all other accessories as detailed in schedule ‘A.

Supply of 3 ½ core 185 Sq.mm. LT Aluminum XLPE cable as detailed in schedule ‘A’.

Laying of one run of above cable in the existing Trench as detailed in schedule ‘A’.

Laying of 3 ½ core 185 Sq.mm, through Cutting of cement concrete / Road cutting / Railway line crossing into the Hume Pipe and reclosing the same and make the surface original as detailed in schedule ‘A’.

Supply of Heat shrinkable joint kit for 3 ½ core 185 Sq.mm, Aluminium, 1.1 KV voltage grade, XLPE L.T. underground cable with all other accessories as detailed in schedule ‘A’.

Installation of Heat shrinkable joint kit for 3 ½ core 185 Sq.mm, Aluminium, 1.1 KV voltage grade, XLPE L.T. underground cable with all other accessories as detailed in schedule ‘A’.

Testing and commissioning of the entire system.
