Rendering Sanitation Services to BSNL Offices in CGMT Compound Hazratganj and Ist floor of Bhopal House Except C.E. (Electrical) office Lucknow for period of one year.

Sub-Head : Miscellaneous

Sweeping and cleaning of common area/ paved/ unpaved area etc. in front and back of building/ residential quarters , staircase, roads, pathways and parking including disposal of garbage and other refuges/ rubbish to dumping site in compound etc all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. (Area to be cleaned daily in all working days and as and when required).

Cleaning available floor area and toilets of Offices / Technical / Administrative building as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Proper and efficient cleaning & sweeping of the floors, staircase,corridors,lift,lobby's and other space including disposal of garbage and other refuges/ rubbish to dumping site in compound to the satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge. It includes the cost of all labour T&P etc. all complete. (Area to be cleaned daily in all working days or as and when required).

Wet mopping of all types of flooring / Tiles including cleaning of all kinds of spot like Tea, spitting on walls etc. all complete except cement concrete flooring with detergent powder or other approved floor cleaner before scheduled office opening time. It includes the cost of all labour T&P etc. all complete. (Area to be mopped in all working day / as and when required).

Cleaning of ceiling and removal of cobweb etc. including the cost of all labour T&P etc. to the satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge. It includes the cost of all labour T&P etc. all complete. (Area to be cleaned Monthly basis or as and when required).

Proper and efficient Cleaning and washing of the toilets, wash basins, urinals, W/C Seats, looking mirrors, sanitary fittings and fixtures etc using approved toilet cleaner like Vim / Liquid soap/ Phenyle/ Sanifresh/ Harpic etc.including the cost of providing and filling liquid soap in soap containers, nepthelene balls, urinal cubes in wash basins / urinals (weekly or when empty, whichever is earlier), and cleaning of wall tiles/dado weekly etc all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. It includes the cost of all labour T&P etc. all complete. Floor area to be measured for payment.(Area to be cleaned daily in all working day and as & when required).

Cleaning of silt, saplings, fungi, dust from the roof top (up to 1000 litre capacity ) PVC / RCC water storage tanks twice in a year i/c its disposal outside compound, cleaning/ washing the tanks with bleaching powder and disinfecting them with potassium permanganate, Marking date of cleaning on Tank body and deleting old marking etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. It includes the cost of all labour T&P etc.

Attending emergent cleaning work additional to one time cleaning as per item 1 to 8 as per requirement in offices in Laplace compound, CGMT Compound and Bhopal house during second half of office hour and cleaning of doors , windows, partition etc. whenever directed all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. ( Services of one worker in second half of office hours shall be measured as one job).

Deploying tractor along with trolly and driver for removal of garbage and waste material from compound to the dumping ground beyond municipal limits i/c fuel etc. complete all as per direction of Engineer -in-charge including the cost of loading etc all complete.
