Dismantling tiled roofing with battens,boarding etc. complete including stacking of serviceable material & disposal of unserviceable material within 50 m lead.including all type of taxes,octroi,toll taxes,labour cess ,cost of all material,labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work as per Direction of E/I.But Excluding GST. As per DSR 15.31

M-150 brick work in 1:4 one cement & four coarse sand in Super Structure including all type of taxes,octroi,toll taxes,labour cess ,cost of all material,labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work as per Direction of E/I.But Excluding GST. As per DSR 6.4.2

Supply and laying Vitrified tiles in 600 x 600 mm sizes of tile (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved brand & manufacturee, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, led with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conferming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness including grouting of joint. Providing & fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS :2202 (Part 1) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands & face veneers on both faces of shutters:30 mm thick.including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws including all fittings handle,Tower Bolt, L Drop etc.Including Supply of all materials,Labour ,T&P etc & also Including All taxes,labour cess,Royalty Etc.As per DSR 9.20.2.But Excluding GST
