M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.50mm graded aggregate) with average thickness 50mm laid in two layers of 25 mm thickness each with wire netting of 0.60mm dia and size of mesh 12mm x 12mm laid between the two layers finished even and smooths in roof padding complete all as specified and directed. Supply only 25mm size and 0.71 mm dia wire netting of galvanised steel wire chicken mesh complete all as specified and directed

Stop Valve of PTMT any colour, high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed, 15mm bore ( Minimum weight 90 grams), complete all as specified.

S & F in repairs 10 Ltrs capacity PVC valveles, less symphonic action type, flushing cistern low level, white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including bracket and 15mm dia and 300mm long PVC connection, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan ORRISA pattern, size 580x440mm white, with integral foot rest including provn of concrete bedding and connection to trap and flushing pipe antisyphonage pipe etc including making good to floor, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) gully trap 125/110 mm, setting and jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully aluminium conductor point wiring (light fan, socket and power) complete with fittings such as switches, sockets, lamps holder, utility light fitting, fan regulator etc and making good disturbed surface of walls and floors etc. and keeping in safe custody for taking credit, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down ceiling fan any sweep, removing blades, cleaning the fan completly for dust and dirt and hanging the same back to its original position including connecting the 3 core flexible copper wire to ceiing rose etc after the completion the point wiring including replacement old unservicable fan hook, rubber pad, nut bolts and washers etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
