Providing and laying water proofing treatment with Dr. Fixit-FASTFLEX equivalent with two components polymer modified cementitious coating of consisting of cementitious power and a polymer liquid in two coats for first coat :- clean and saturate surface and then applying a coat of Dr. Fixit-FASTFLEX by maintaning a coverage of 6-7 sft per kg to achive one mm thickness and the same process shalltended upto 3000 mm vertically. The second coat shall be applied in opposite direction after four six-hours of application of first coat then sprinkle sand on top mortar 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 sand) admioxed with 200 ml of pidiproof LW & 200ml per 50 kg bag of cement over the floor with the floor wih the suitable grediant towards drain pipe, while the second coat of Dr. Fixit is still tacky complete, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals.
