Earth filling from boro pit ordinary soil within the 5 km lead and lift including and depositing the same at work site and spreading the same as per proper level etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earthwork in all kinds of soil in excavation of foundation trenches for columns, basement, tie beams, walls and steps in all kinds of soil including moorum, hard stoney earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed sides up to required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with all leads and lifts, T&P for shoring, shuttering, dewatering if required etc. complete as per the drawing, designing including cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation and plinth with river Sand in layers including watering and rammed with cost, conveyance and royality of sand etc complete.

Supplying all labour,materials,T&P for Cement Concrete (1:3:6) in foundation using 4 cm size hard granite Hand Broken metal including cost of materials,royalty & conveyance charges with watering,curing all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C work of prop M20 having minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200kg./cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516using 12mm to 20mm size (1/2” to ¾”) crusher broken hard black granite chips of 20mm size (not to exceed 25%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hosting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with vibrator, watering and curing for 28days, cost of rigid and smooth centering & shuttering and finishing to exposed surface smooth providing, grooves or beads wherever necessary as per direction of the Engineer in charge including cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work completion in all respects as per direction of Engineer in charge but excluding cost of M.S rod / Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills.Column Base

Straightening, cutting, bending and binding, welding and jointing (if necessary ) coiled/ bent up MS Rods /Tor Steel/deformed rods etc. including hoisting, placing in position, tying the grills binding with 18 to 20 gauge binding wire required for R.C.C work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete (weight of binding wire will not be considered) as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Payment will be made on actual weight of M.S rods or Tor steel linear measurements of rod for finished item of works. 5% wastage and lap length are included in the finished rate).

First class Fly Ash brick work in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth with best quality bricks having crushing strength from 75kg/cm2 to 99kg/cm2, immersing the bricks in water for not less than 6 hours before use (the bricks shall be well burnt, free from cracks, well shaped, uniform in size and shall produce a clear metallic ringing sound when struck) includes moulding, chamfering, corbelling etc. complete as per drawing, design and specification, watering and curing for 7 days including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
