Providing and laying, spreading and compacting 0.396m3 of 45-22.40 mm & 0.528m3 of 22.40-2.36mm & 0.396m3 of 2.36mm and below metal graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) soecification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixplant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying inuniform layers with paver insub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications. Providing and laying Prime coat of 7 kgs/10sqm over the WMM surface treated with primer using 7 kgs of bituminous Emulsion (SS) for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as Prime coat manually etc., complete as per 502 of MORTH Rev-5 Specifications Road Data 23-24 (P - 13)

Providing and laying tack coatof 2.5kgs/10 sqm over the WMM surface treated with binder using 2.5kgs of bituminous Emulsion (RS) for 10 square meter are a including cost of bituminous binder, including labourcharges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tackcoat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Rev-5 Specifications. Charges for Cutting the BT Surface to 5 to 7 cm depth using Milling Machine conveying the milled waste materials to atleast for 20 km distance including hire and running charges for the machine. Conveyance charges. Unloading at unobjectionable place. cleaning the milled surface as to avoid slippery including all other incidental and unforeseen items etc, complete as per the direction of the departmental officers

Providing and laying 50 mm compacted thick dense bituminous macadam using 0.24cum of 26.5-13.2mm graded metal and 0.25cum of 13.2-2.36mm graded metal and 0.23cum of 2.36mm &below metal with 53.20kgs of 60/70 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and convey ance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and agregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paversite, spreading the mixin required temperature for uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grade sand cross sections and compaction by Vibratory roller to the required density etc.,including labourcharges forloading bitumenin to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hirecharges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory roller sand all other tools and plants required, including all other incidental charges etc.,complete using CMP clause 505of MORTH Rev-5 specifications. Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 30/40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm, 0.17cum of 9.50 - 2.36mm and 0.26cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30 kgs of VG30/V bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity convyeing the mix by tipper trucks to paver site spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne vibratory / pneumatic roller to the required density etc including labour for attending to paver to site etc including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler,tipper trucks ,paver finisher / 9m paver finisher, vibratory / pneumatic roller adn all other tools and plant required including fuel and all other incidental charges etc complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH rev-5 Road Data - 2023-24 (P - 18)
