Maintenance & servicing of 33 KV VCB including control & relay panel and OLTC panel incl setting of operating mechanism parts, checking of wiring,tightening of loose connections, spring charging mechanism, well cleaning with petrol and CRC-226 ,oiling/ greasing of moving parts and well cleaning of pole insulator, checking of vaccum, interupters well cleaning of mechanism links feeble reinforced plastic frame around the vaccum interupts including routine and periodical test including testing, calibration and checking of tripping system of 33 KV control panel through all protective relays installed on each C&R panel including testing and adjust/ repair the alarm circuit as per time current characteristics by primary injection test at 60%, 75%, 100% plug including well cleaning and decarbonizing of relay contracts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Servicing, repairing and overhauling of 33 KV isolator including cleaning of complete moving and fixed contacts including oiling/ greasing pf operating mechanism tightening connections and replacement of unserviceable parts including reassembling the isolator after complete repair all as specified and directed.

Replacement of post insulator of 33 KV air break switch isolator rotating type complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of terminal pad of 33 KV air break switch isolator rotating type complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of arching horn of 33 KV air break switch isolator rotating type complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of connector of 33 KV air break switch isolator rotating type complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of operating down pipe of 33 KV air break switch isolator rotating type complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of operating box of 33 KV air break switch isolator rotating type complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of pad locking of 33 KV air break switch isolator rotating type complete all as specified and directed.

Spray painting of transformer 33/11 KV of capacity 6.3 MVA at site with one coat of weather proof grey synthetic enamel paint after removing all dust, rust, carbon and oily spots, including well preparation of surfaces and writing /marking SM/MES No as 25mm stencil using white paint complete all as specified including cleaning of temperature gauge and silica gel , oil temperature level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Complete draining out the transformer oil from radiators after closing the inlet valve from main body of 6.3 MVA power transformer including filling transformer oil of good quality having not less than 70 KV dielectric strength, having low viscosity and testing of Transformer after filling new oil complete upto 10 Hrs minimum all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Savita/Power oil as per IS 335 of 1983

Replacement silica gel breathers assembly filled complete suitable for transformer cap 6.3 MVA (As per Sample) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of current transformer CT Ratio 150/75/5-5A of 11 KV, 15VA, Core 1, class-0.5, STC 18.4 KA for 1 sec complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make:-AREVA/ ABB / L&T

Replacement of current transformer CT Ratio 400/200/5-5A of 33 KV, 15VA, Core 1, class-0.5, STC 20 KA for 1 sec complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make:-AREVA/ ABB / L&T

Replacement of current transformer CT Ratio 200/100/5-5A of 11 KV, 15VA, Core 1, class-0.5, STC 18.4 KA for 1 sec complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make:-AREVA/ ABB / L&T

Dismantling of unserviceable steel tubular swaged pole/ PCC pole complete with accessories all as directed by Engieer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable insulator (any type/size) from existing over head lines complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable ACSR Conductor of any size from existing over head lines completed all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/ taking down of unserviceable/ damaged Air break switch of any cap.& removing from site of works all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms of MS fabricated complete with all accessories viz nut, bolts, washer etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/ taking down of unserviceable/ damaged Lightning arrestor, high tension,any type & removing from site of works all as specified and directed.

Pin insulator porcelain viterous brown including 01 galvanized M.S.spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one gal. iron nut suitable for HT 33000 Volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disc Insulator with 3 in a row 11 KV hardware, clamps,etc complete suitable for 33 KV HT porcelain viterous brown complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ACSR conductor of required size for Over head lines on poles including streching, tightining of poles insulator with winding wire of suitable size with insulator/streching of ACSR conductor all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting to steel tubular swaged pole of Overhead lines (11 Mtr long) complete with and including comprising the following works :- (a) Scraping out wornout old paint and making the surface smooth. (b) Painting the pole and all MS work mounted on pole with two coats of synthetic enameled paint (Aluminium shade) as directed by Engg.-in-charge. (c ) Forming five nos coloured bands at lower portion of pole each 300 mm wide alternatively with white and black colour (or any colour as approved by Engg.-in-charge)synthetic enameled paint and marking pole no. with black and white paint complete all as specified.

Steel tubular swaged pole erected to truly vertical or planted as strut complete with 6 mm thick MS Base plate,welded to pole,finial taper cap, bolts, nuts, screws,11 Mtr long, type 410 SP - 55,including drilling of holes of required size for fixing of cross arms,painting the exposed surfaces of pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and with two coats of black bituminous paint on the portion embedded in concrete, and marking pole no. with black paint at suitable height all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Lightning arresters for non linear resistance type for 11 KV normal discharge count 5 Amps and high current impulse withstand 65 Kilo Amps conforming to IS-3070 Part-I for OH line including bracket, clamps, nuts and washers in repair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Cross arms of any sizes with drilled hole (hot and cold etc) in position M.S. work including MS nut and bolts, washers and two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of redoxide primer, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting/ trimming of tree branches not exc 10cm girth touching/approaching the HT overhead lines upto 3 metre width on each side with hacksaw/axe to clear the HT line including disposal of trimmed branches 100 Metre away inside the cantonment area & clearing site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Remoing of existing stone aggregates from 33 KV sub station upto 15cm deep including unwanted grass and refilling the same after complete cleaing entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading stone aggregates of size 20mm evenly at outdoor 33/11 KV sub stations after removing uprooting of tiny trees, bushes, beeds, grass, elephant grass, removing poly bags, brick bats, stone pebbles and other debris etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
