Cutting in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick, jumper, blasting/chiselling/wedging out hard/soft rock and disposal of excavated earth in all leads and lifts through manually means and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and stacking of useful stones in specified dimension.

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work, in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting/chiseling/wedging out of soft/hard rock in all depths including pumping and bailing out water and stacking the excavated in specified manner clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. layers, foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain and impact resistant heavy duty vitrified tiles Nitco or equivalent 600x600mmx 10mm manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete including carriage of materials in all lead and lifts. (basic rate not less than Rs.80/- per Sqft.

Providing and laying granite stone in flooring 20mm (average) thickness base of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement 3 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone i/c rubbing and polishing complete 20mm thick including carriage of materials in all lead and lifts.(basic rate not less than Rs.260/- per Sqft).
