CIVIL WORK

Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting including initial leads and lifts and refilling the sides of foundation as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling m. sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complet complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement concrete 1:4:8(one cement,four hard broken stone jelly)using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jely for foundation including dewatering wherevernecesssary and laid in layers as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half sand and three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly as directed by the departmental officers. Foundation and Basement.

Above Basement Level.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS/RTS grills for reinforcement for all R.C.C.works including cost of steel, labour for straightening, bending, cranking, tying grills with 18 gauge galvanized binding wire as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets as directed by the departmental officers. Column footing Plinth beam top tie beam etc.,

Column Sun shades top and bottom slab of RCC boxing etc complete complying with standard specification and as directedby the departmental officers.

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality II calss table moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9”x 4-3/8” x 2-3/4” for foundation and basement including curring etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed. In Ground Floor upto 4.5 M Height.

Plastering the with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Plastering the with cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 10mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat as directed by the departmental officers.

Provinding and fixing pre cast R.C.C fencing post of size 3.00 m and 2.4m long 15 cm top and bottom with R.C.C 1:2:4 using 20mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly as directed by the departmental officers. RCC Post of size 3.00 m x 0.15 m x 0.15 m

Supplying fabricating and fixing in position M.S Entrance gate of folloing size oftwo leavas with 40mm M.S pipe alround and 15mm M.S pipe alround as directed by the departmental officers. Main gate of size 6.00 m x 1.80 m

Wicket gate of size 1.00 m x 1.80 m

Hire charges for engaging JCB for leveling the undulation and unwanted debris etc complete including hire charges for machineries, fuel charges and driver bata etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of MS Flat of size 40 X 6 mm for anchorage to Chain link fencing including cost of cutting, welding, labour charges, bolt and nuts etc complete as directed by the departmental officers.
