Dismanting the existing base foundation of pumping machineries with base plate, groutings etc including electrical connection then supply, delivery and storage at site of horizontal Split casing Centrifugal Pumping Machinary (Capacity : 72 m3/hr. & Total Head : 60 mtrs.) with Channel Base Frame, Couplings, Coupling Guards, Companion Flanges (Suction & delivery side), foundation bolt etc. of pump & motor and the pump duty with adequate margin as per direction of EIC. (Existing Pump Make - Kirloskar, DSM 65/32A) Suction Size -80mm / Delivery size - 65mm M.O.C :- Casing - C.I, Impeller -Bronze (Gr-LTB- 2), Wear Ring- Bronze (Gr-LTB- 2) Shaft - SS 410, Shaft Sleeves - SS 410. (H - Q - P Curve of Pumps has to be submitted during the delivery ). Also this includind the cost for carrying the old dismantaled materials to godown (Patelnagar including loading & loading charges as per direction.

Supply, Delivery and storage at site of Installation accessories such as Base Frame, Tyre Coupling, Coupling guard, foundation bolts suitable with 22kW/4P motors.

80mm dia. Cast Iron double flanged manually operated rising spindle type sluice valve generally conforming to IS: 14846, having body, door, dome / bonnet, gland in graded Cast Iron to IS 210 Gr. FG 260, four faces of SS AISI 304 and spindle nut of gunmetal to IS 318 Gr. LTB 2, outside screw rising stainless steel AISI 304 spindle, valves suitable for a maximum working pressure of 10 kg/cm² (seat test) & body tested to 15 kg/cm². Flanges faced and drilled to IS:1538 Table 4 & 6. Valves tested by closed end method only. (MOC & TC needed for valve).

80mm dia. cast iron double flanged single door swing non-return valve generally conforming to IS:5312 Part I, having body, door, cover in graded cast iron to IS 210 Gr. FG 260; body & door rings of Stainless steel to SS AISI 304 , hinge pin of SS AISI 304, valves suitable for a maximum working pressure of 10 kg/cm² (seat test) & body tested to 15 kg/cm². Flanges drilled to IS 1538 Table 4 & 6. (MOC & TC needed for valve).

150mm dial Pressure gauge [Range 0-10kg/cm²] with glycerine filling inside the dial including brass cock and fitting complete [This cost includes 15mm. dia G.I. pipes and specials].

Installation of above supplied 2nos pump & existing motor after dismanting the existing base foundation of 3nos pumping machineries with base plate, groutings etc including electrical connection then supply of all erection items (such as - bare shaft pump, base plate, coupling & coupling guard companion flanges etc) and painting as required for all installation of centrifugal pump as well as existing Horizontal Foot Founted Induction Motor, valves gauges including laying of existing LT cables (with necessary jointing materials), necessary earthing, suction & delivery pipe line, concentric enlarger (80mmx100mm) making as per per reqirement etc after dismantling the valves for completion of work as per relevent Hydraulic Standards & IE rules in compliance with specification of NIT and upto entire satisfaction of EIC. This includes the cost for Making brick pillar 0.25 x 0.25 x 0.75 Mtr/Suitable hight for supporting of valves and pipes with 12mm thick plaster and net cement finish complete. (One no Pipe line) by engaging materials, tools, tackles etc all complete after Testing & Commissioning of the entire installation i.e. Pumps, Motors, valves gauges as per direction & upto satisfaction of EIC.
