(iii) The bearing of fan should be of NBC/SKF make only. No other make will be accepted. (iv) Contractor will be provided by stciker of each repairing fan with date and name of frms. M&L for Fixing of Geyser in existing or new position by providing suitable size of anchor fastner and connecting PVC flexible inlet and outlet pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repairs to defective/leakage of geyser 25/50 ltr capacity inner tank of copper/Steel by brazing, soldering, gas welding including testing for leak proof upto the satisfaction of the EIC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Gun metal half turn UPVC gate valve of 25mm dia and fixed in position after taking out unserviceable gate valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
