Supply and installation of Gabion units of 1 m height made of mechanically woven, double twisted, hexagonal shaped steel wire mesh with minimum tensile strength 40kN/m and punch strength 25kN as per IS 16014:2018, MORTH clause 2500 of required sizes, Mesh type 10x12 with mesh opening tolerances -2% to +2%, Mesh wire dia 2.7/3.7mm(ID/OD ) with stronger wire mesh in front panel (3.0/4.0mm), (Zn+ High Abrasion Resistance Polymer coated), mechanically edged/selvedged ,with partition at 1 m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of mesh openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist,tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2/3.2 mm (ID/OD), placing at indicated places in dry condition at easily accessible location as per direction of Engineer including tools, plant, labour etc. complete in all respect, carrying the material from nearest approach with all leads & lifts, manpower & machinery, materials, labor etc. complete as per detailed technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.The abrasion resistance test conforming to ASTM A 975

Providing subsurface drainage pipes (horizontal / inclined) in the slope with perforated PVC pipe (lined with Non -woven Geotextile) of 50 mm internal diameter by drilling and inserting the perforated PVC pipe as per the drawings etc. complete and as directed by Engineer -In -Charge.

Providing, cutting to required size and fabrication of “H Type” frame using ISA 60 x 60 x 6, ISMC 100 and placing the same behind Gabion units as required including all material, labor, machinery etc. complete as per detailed technical specifications and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and installation of polyester needle punched non woven geotextile as filter media behind Gabion/Reinforced soil wall, behind gabion fascia and wrapped around PVC pipe, as per MoRTH 700 Type-III geotextile. The width of geotextile roll shall not be less than 4.5 m, at easily accessible location including top and bottom, with all leads and lifts, manpower and machinery, materials, labour etc. complete and as directed by Engineer - In - Charge

Supply and application of High Performance-Flexible Growth Medium (HP-FGM) which is100% biodegradable, composed of 100% recycled, thermally refined (within a pressurized vessel) virgin wood fibers, crimped interlocking biodegradable fibers, mineral activators, and wetting agents (including high-viscosity colloidal polysaccharides, crosslinked biopolymers and water absorbents) along with STANDARD prescriptive agronomic formulations such as fertilizer, extended-term dyes, soil pH modifiers, bio stimulant materials and seeds which is hydraulically-applied for Erosion control and faster growth of Vegetation including Supply and application of Biotic Soil Media (BSM) - a combination of recycled Thermally Refined bark and wood fibers with a proprietary blend of biopolymers, biochar, seaweed extract, humic acid, endomycorrhizae and other beneficial constituents. All components of the Biotic Soil Media blend shall be of naturally derived and renewable, and engineered to optimize moisture retention, growth and establishment of vegetation. BSM is applied hydraulically over soil substrate to add organic matter so as to enrich soil nutrients prior to application of HP-FGM or other hydraulic erosion control mulch layers. as per BSM specifications along with standard prescriptive agronomic formulations such as fertilizer, extended-term dyes, soil pH modifiers, bio stimulant materials, seeds etc as specified

Manual scaling of loose rock including stacking of boulder at bottom of slope and disposal at dumping place within 1 km from the site as directed, including all material, labour, machinery, etc.as per detailled specfications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Backfilling behind nailed gabion using the material as per the design

Removal of vegetation, bushes, shrubs in lower and upper section including stacking of useful material, disposing of material from hill slope within lead of 50 meter as directed by Engineer - In - Charge.
