INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

S & F Distribution Board ( Vertical Load line DB) double Door made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating and IP 43 & IK 09 protection, VTPN 08 way, 240 volts with copper bus bar rating 200 Amps, dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCCB as incommer and MCB as outgoing and making all necessary connection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LED Lamp 9/10W complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Building security light fittings, with high pressure die cast aluminium housing poly carbonated cover not less than 25 Watt LED, IP65 Protection, efficacy should be greater than 120 Lumen/watt, CCT 4000-5700, CRI >=70, THD must be less than 10%, Power factor should be more than 0.95, working voltage 140-270V, surge>4.0KV, UGR 19, Life time should not be less than 40KHr complete pre-wired, incl suitable bracket for fixing light on wall or any indicated location all as specified and as directed by Engr - in Charge complete

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

M&L for boring holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine or by using manual manpower and boring tools including passing pipe upto 100mm bore dia for cable protection all as specified and directed” Note : Any damage to existing electric cables/telephone/signal cable/water/gas pipe line during boring under roads/floors shall be rectified by the contractor at his own cost without any delay to avoid affect on services

Supply and fix GI bracket 01 Nos made out of GI tubing light grade 40mm bore and 1.50 mtr length bent to shape, fixed to pole at suitable height with 01 Cap suitable at the top of street light tubular pole fixing the street light fitting and connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note:Street light fitting shall be measured and paid separately)

Supplying and fixing in position new sheet moulding compound (SMC) junction box of size 280 mm X 170 mm X 130 mm depth. The box shall provided with and including 4 Nos, 100 Amps aluminum bus bar mounted on porcelain insulators including one No. MCB SP 230 volts 6 amps of Make - Sintex/ Siemens/Hansel and connecting the bus bars to cables with using suitable GI nut, bolts and washers and aluminum lugs etc fixed on pole using 30x5mm FI clamps,nuts,bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L DWC HDPE pipe of light grade laying for protection of LT under ground cable of size 50mm bore with all fitting, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

M&L for construction of valve chamber (for gate valves) 900mmx900mmx600 mm internal size, 100mm thick foundation using PCC 1:4:8, type D2, over 15 cm thick hard core, 20cm thick solid block masonary with blocks cast using PCC 1:3:6, type C 1, set in cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick plaster to internal surfaces and external surface upto 15cm below ground level and top of floor in cement and sand mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement, 1 mm thick MS sheet cover including 50mmx50mmx6mm thick MS angle frame fixed in PCC 1:2:4, type B1 coping with 25mmx6mm flat iron hold fasts, handles, hinges with locking arrangements, applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surface and earth work in any type of soil including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

HOT WATER SUPPLY

Supply & fix Gun metal body lever operated (quarter turn type) ball valve, ISI marked, having stainless steel ball/stem screwed both ends for GI tubes of size 20mm bore complete all as specified & directed

SUMMER APPLIANCES

Supply and fix refrigerator, electric driven (single phase), of capacity 195 Litres BEE 5 star rated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled, indoor wall mounted type, fully elecronic controlled & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5 % and of capacity 1.0 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for construction of RCC Septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water,exacavation in any type of soil,PCC 1:4:8 below foundation,RCC M-30 Design Mix in walls.base slab,baffle walls and Roof Slab including beams etc with vent shaft,manhole opening with cover connection etc.,Complete with effective depth of 1.5 M and overall depth of 3 meter for 100 Users complete all as shown in drawing.

M& L for construction of Soakage wells Excavation,in any type of soil,foundation in PCC 1:3:6,Walls of Honey Combed Masonary with top ring of M25 Concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick Masnory in CM ,RCC cover slab in M25/SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC /DWC complete filled with brick bats of Size 3 Mtr dia. x 4.5 Mtr. Effective Depth complete all as shown in drawing.

S&F steel fibre reinforced concrete (SFRC) man hole covers medium duty circular of size 500 mm dia and 80 mm thick with MS handle all as complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for DWC HDPE pipe (SN8) 180 mm (OD)/163 mm(ID) pipe laid in trenches and jointed with collars, couplings etc Grade ‘A’ including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

AREA DRAINAGE

S&F steel fiber reinforcement concrete (SFRC) drain cover with perforated holes factory made of size 0.50m x 1m x 0.75mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

ARBORICULTURE

Supply only fine sand at site inclunding royalty and carriage for preparing compost at the site (sand shall be brought at site and stacked for measurement before incorporating in the work) complete all as specified.

Supply only sweet / good earth at site including royalty and carriage for preparing compost for pits/required for planting trees and shrubs etc (sweet/good earth free from objectionable extraneous matter, toxic material and termites shall be brought at site and stacked for measurement before incorporating in the work. 20% of computed volume shall be reduced for loose stacking, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only manure at site including royality and carriage for preparing compost at site. Manure shall be brought at site and stacked for measurement before incorporating in the work. 8% computed volume shall be reduced for loose stacking completely all as specified and directed.

Preparing compost pits of size 0.60mx0.60mx0.60m by excavation in ordinary soil carrying out antitermite treatment, planting trees & refilling of the pit with compost (manure, sand & sweet earth mixed in ratio (1:1:4) breaking moulds, ramming and flooding with water filling with more compost if necessary and fine dressing including removal of rubbish unserviceable materials & surplus soil to a distance n.exc 100 m. ATT shall be in form of 200 gms neem cake mixed with every cum of compost followed by Dursban or equivalent applied at 2 ml per litre in the first watering of 20 litres per pit, complete all as specified. Note :- (i) The rate for excavation and getting out of soil shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. (ii) The rate for mixing only earth, manure and sand is deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item supply of sweet earth, manure and sand shall be paid under respective item of this schedule.
