Material and Labour for Full Body Vitrified Parking Tiles of Area equal to Exceeding 0.36 Sqm and Thickness of Tiles 16 mm including 20 mm screed bed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. (Parking Tiles will be selected from the Parking Tiles Catalogue of the approved Brand for Parking Tiles.)

M&L 15 mm (5mm in CM 1:4 with WPC +10mm in CM 1:6 ) thick in two layers rendering in cm 1:4 on fair aces of bricks walls surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including water proofing compound all as specified and directed. (Water proofing compound measured and paid seperately)

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft Disintegrated Rocks complete all as specified and as direcetd by Engineer-in-Charge

Fixing only Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness or any other thickness, M-35 Grade or those available from the dismantling, Including transportation of the dismantled paver block from one location to the desired location as directed by Engineer-in Charge, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge

Material and labour for sand filling under floor or in foundation including watering and consolidation completed all as specified (Note:- Sand cushion layer consolidated thickness is 20 mm below precast interlocking paver block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including neccessary formwork. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m complete all as directed above the starting point .
