Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area exc 1.5 sqm and not n.exc 4.0 sqm complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 1.01 here-in-beofre but not exceeding1.5 Sqm.

Taking down door shutter of any description exc. 1.0 Sqm but n. exc 2.0 Sqm each complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting holes in the brick wall built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar for inserting hold fasts /bracket for cooler stand and making good to the dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as required not exceeding half brick depth complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel works of any description, size or in any position including door, gates etc. complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F rolled mild steel framed work as in doors, chowkats or gates of angle or other section, grills confirming to Fe 410 - W, with gusset plates, rails braces, lugs etc complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F factory made wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze (08 panels) PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded prelam PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and prelam PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes fixing in frame at site as per specification including fixing of stainless steel wire cloth 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.18 mm complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 35 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F solid moulded PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm thick single side prelam PVC sheet used instead of plain colour PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F factory made solid PVC moulded door with wood free EPS core shutter 28 to 30mm thick (stiles) with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded prelam PVC sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, fixing in frame at site as per specification complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F windows/ ventilators fabricated from 0.60mm thick roll formed section made of galvanised steel powder coated (base steel as per IS-513"D" quality) galvanised as per IS-277 with zinc of 120 gm/Sqm . Windows /ventilators having frame suitable for dual shutter i.e. inner and outer shutter with grill, glazed shutter with 4.0mm thick glass, mesh shutter with 32 gauge stainless steel mesh, 6mmx12mm flat iron with 10mm square bar M.S. grill and all fitting, fixtures accessories complete, all as specified and shown in drawing No CEAF/STD-191/2014, sheet 1/2 & 2/2 dated 11.12.14(4000 series). Note : Glazed shutter with 4.00mm thick glass, mesh shutter with 32 gauge stainless mesh and M.S. grill as per Note Nos. 10, 11 and 13 of above mentioned drawing deemed to be inclusive in the rate quoted for unit.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwide described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surface of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F as in repairs, sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes, including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of plastered/concrete surfaces of roof and applying the under mentioned course of roof treatment complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (a) Surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, cleaned, washed, dried up properly and apply evenly a bituminous oil based primer coat conforming to IS @0.4 ltr /Sqm over concrete / plastered roof surface. (b) Applying a coat of industrial bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm over bituminous primer. (c) Laying of 3mm thick APP membrane sheet (min weight 3 Kg/Sqm) consisting of a core of 160 gms/Sqm polyester non woven fabric mat protected on both sides with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix again protected with thermo fusible HMHDPE FILM on dried primed surface by torch application method. APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The over lap shall be minimum 100mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction including cuttings, grooves etc. (d) Membrane bonded completely to the substrate & the over laps are then scaled/fused by flame. (e) Painting with two coats of water proofing paint with aluminium finish. Note : This treatment shall be done by the approved authorised applicators and guarantee of treatment shall be for 10 years in favour of GE (AF) Subroto Park Delhi Catt-10.

Taking down cement plaster etc on brick wall or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and disposed off unserviceable materials to out side MOD land complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:6, on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on wall surface even and fair without using extra cement complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in ceiling complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

After placing the additional reinforcement, all concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly scrubbed with brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry. To this surface, apply chemical polycrete admixture at the rate not less than 2% by weight of cement and providing minimum 30 mm thick (average thickness) guniting mix (using 1 part of Ordinary Portland Cement, 53 Grade and 2 parts of Ghaggar sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as directed) with a pressure of 2 to 2.5 Kg per Sqcm by guniting machine and surfaces finished even and fair including necessary padding, shuttering/form work etc and finally applying 5 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed. . Note: (i) Where ever steel reinforcement required rate of the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Work to be executed for upto two storey buildings and in Patch work.

S&F Harrison rails, mild steel, chromium plated with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

BOQ PART-II (E/M WORKS)

M& L for fabricate, supply and install cubicle type, CPRI approved LT panel board,outdoor type, insulating copper bus bar 600 Amps 3 Nos totally enclosed,dust & vermin proof (protection class IP 65) front opening with self locking arrangment made out of MS angle iron frame work 50x50x 6mm, MS flat iron and CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thick as per IS 5039 duly painted with powder coated paint of approved shade. The panel shall be suitable for 415 volts,50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system and shall be complete with 600 Amp capacity copper bus bar, colour coding to the bus bars as per relevant IS specifications with Fire retardant PVC insulating materials, wiring the panel board with suitable size of PVC insulated, multi stranded copper cables and all connected accessories required for functioning of panel board such as thimbles,glands, bolts, nuts,washers etc including necessary earth work for foundation work and foundation PCC with grouting bolts and nuts complete including supply and fixing following accessories:- (a) MCCB FP 200 Amps, 36 KA,415V, 50Hz- 02 Nos. (b) MCCB FP 160 Amps, 36 KA,415V, 50Hz- 01 Nos. (c) Indicator lamp neon/LED type (set of three). (d) Voltmater and ammeter digital type including suitable capacity of CTs. Note : Contractor shall submit design of the sheet metal enclosure alongwith accessories for approval before fabrication.

Taking down the defective LT panels, outdoor type, with connected accessories after disconnecting the electric supply and keeping the safe custody for giving credit to the contractor complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring light, fan, socket or power) complete, fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custudy or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditioned separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring for following types of electrical points with two runs of S/C FRLS PVC insulated but unsheathed IS-694 marked 1100 Volt grade cable multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm drawn through casing capping heavy duty ISI marked not less than 20mm dia alongwith conduit fittings and accessories connected in wall/ or surface/ceiling including provision of pressed steel terminal boxes of 2 mm thick cover with plastic laminated sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets and regulator alongwith continous earth wire of PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100 V, FLRS IS-694 marked grade cable multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm for light/fan point and 5 Amps outlet independent socket point complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Cost of cutting chasing and making good to disturbed surface to match with existing surface are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

S&F switch piano 5 Amps flush type single pole one way suitable for 240 volt AC complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F socket outlet flush type 5 pin 6 Amps suitable for 240 volt AC complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down submain wiring of any size of cable connected to common earth dolly including batten/conduit complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L for submain wiring with 3 runs of 4.0 sq mm single core copper conductor, PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS cable of specified size of multi stranded copper conductor, 1100 volts grade IS:694 marked drawn through in and including casing capping heavy duty, ISI marked (not less than 20 mm dia) complete with all fittings and accessories laid/fixed in wall or surface/ceiling and also include specified runs of specified earth continuity conductor of similar type cable complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Taking down tube light fittings/ceiling fittings/holder fittings of any type and make and removing materials to store for kepping in safe custody or for reuse or taking credit and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
