SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - I (Repair of Generator)

Labour only for servicing of 62.5 KVA Genr set by taking out unserviceable spares parts, cleaning by brushing to remove dust including replacing of diesel filters, lub oil filters, checking of all nuts, bolts tightening wherever necy , draining out old engine oil and coolant and filling new engine oil and coolantas required at site. Adjustment and replacement of fan belt, tuning of engine, adjustment of speed, alternator voltage, frequency etc , greasing , oiling and checking for smooth running of DG set. ( Rates for spare parts to be paid separately).

Supply and fixing of Fuel filter element for 62.50 KVA DG set.

Supply and top up of coolant for 62.50 KVA DG set.

Supply and fixing hose pipe for 62.50 KVA DG set.

M & L for removing the fuel injection pump (FIP) and injectors from DG set capacity 30 KVA and carrying out servicing and calibration including replacement of injectors nozzles etc and refitting the same for smooth and efficient functioning all as directed by Engr - in - Charge.
