Required1. Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer (including NIT issuing EE/AE), CPWD

Required5. Notarized Affidavit of Non-black listing by CPWD/State/Central departments/ PSU/Autonomous bodies (Form G). (Not older than the date of Notice Inviting tender (i.e. 17.04.2026)

Required7. Certificate of work experience of completed works (For Specialized Agencies) as per clause 1.1 of CPWD-6 for e-tendering. (In case of Non-Government works certificate of work experience along with TDS issued shall also be submitted and uploaded mandatorily)
RequiredSimilar work shall mean Providing Driver to any Central/ PSU / State Government offices. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at simple rate of 7 percent per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bid. The bidder may submit certified copy of agreement/BOQ/Work Order highlighting desired component of work in support of their similar work Claim.
