Walls:- Sandwiched insulated puff panel wall 50 mm thick panels of polyurethane foam (PUF) density 40 +-2kg/m3 made out of both side preprinted galvanized sheet light weight panel the unique tong and grub by male and female grooves jointing system with fire and moisture ,termite resistance wall for all whether hot and cold climate. including cost of doors size of 2 unit 2.13x0.91 mts with 50mm door same material of wall with good quality L-drop locking arrangement and necessary fitting complete, inclusive cost of roof:-The roof panel shall consist of 70/40 mm thick panels of polyurethane foam (PUF) density 40+-2kg/m3 roof panels will be firmly joined together by male and overlap system. The panels shall be both side 0.5 mm thick ppgi sheet.(Area of roof shall be (104'-0"x36'-0")=3744 sft or 347.95 sqm complete in all height including all leads & lifts and carriage of materials up to site of work as per the entire satisfaction of Engieer-in- Charge.

WINDOWs-Supplying and fixing of 2 track uPVC white colour sliding window size 4'-0"x3-0"(1.20x0.90 m) frame section 47x50mm & sash 47x68mm having wall thickness 1.90 -+2mm, with 5mm plain glass (weight not less than 12.5Kg/sqm) including locking arrangement & necessary fitting completed in all leads & lifts and including carriage of materials as per the entire statisfaction of Engieer-in- Charge .

FLOOR MAKING OF PLANTH :-Providing & making plinth digging/dressing and making of 12” pcc with desired column floor height up to18”-12” i/c cement plaster and earth filling as per site requirement and cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggreegate of 20mm nominal size) and final finish complete of top of neat finishing. & FLOOR Tiles- Providing & laying Vitrified tiles 600 mm x600 mm tile of neat finishing complete in all leads &lifts including carriage of materials as per the direction of Engieer-in Charge.

TOILET Fixture- Providing and fixing cost of toilet fitting including internal accessories like WC with cistern , wash basin etc.of standard size (Hind ware/cera make) taps standard (ISI) mark Including internal plubming & pipe fitting and providing and fixing of P.V.C storage tank 2 Nos of 2000 litres capacity including cost of fitting etc. complete in all leads & lift and carriage of materials as per the direction of Engieer-in-charge (7 Nos toilets and 7 Nos bath rooms)

Hardware & structures- cost of pillars size 72mm x72Smm with base plate 150mm x150mm x8mm- 24 nos, Truss-10nos, purlins-4nos 40mm x80mm- C.L.Z. channels and necessary hardware.complete including all leads & lifts including carriage of materials as per the entire satisfaction of Engieer-in- Charge.

Bunk beds- bunk bed made from MS pipe section 25mm x50mm with 12mm thick ply board on top with necessary screws/nuts &bolts under one lockable daraj in each bed, including cost of foam mattress(4") thick of approved brand ,Pillow with cover,bed Sheet of stanarded size and erection & installation complete. including cost of priming coat and painting etc on steel work .& carriage of materials in all leads and lifts complete as per the entire satisfaction of Engieer-in- Charge

External Sanitary installation:- construction of septic tank size (7.00x6.00x2.40 mts) with soak pit.including cost of excavation in foundation & ,cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggreegate of 20mm nominal size) in walls,slab up to required thickness including cost of form work as directed by Engineer-in- charge complete in all leads & lifts &soak pits of required size including making connection & accessories like pipe,bends, Man holes cover etc i/c carriage in all leads and lifts complete as per the entire satisfaction of Engieer-in- Charge
