REPAIRS/REPLACEMENT OF CEILING FANS, EXHAUST FANS, GEYSERS, SPLIT/ WINDOW TYPE A/Cs, WATER COOLERS, DEEP FREEZER SOLAR WATER HEATER IN ARMY UNITS UNDER GE (NORTH) BANGALORE

Inspection, taking down, dismantling of geysers of any type/capacity, cleaning, descaling, hydraulic pressure test of container with hand operated hydraulic pump complete, brazing inner tank, internal wiring, repair/replacement of un-serviceable parts and reassembling, reinstallation on the original position all as specified & as directed. (Note : Replacement of old parts shall be measured & paid separately.)

Supply only stainless steel inner tank of capacity 25 ltrs unit including internally assembly of any size and type complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply only internal assembly/apparatus rod unit of any size and type of capacity 25 ltrs complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply only stainless inner tank of capacity 50 ltrs unit complete with all fitting and fixtures all as specified & as directed.

Supply only PVC insulated Copper cable flexible 3 core of size 40/0.0076 ISI marked all as specified & as directed.

Supply only outer cover of geyger for capacity 25 ltrs unit complete with all fitting and fixtures as specified & as directed.

Supply only outer cover of geyger for capacity 50 ltrs unit complete with all fitting and fixtures as specified & as directed.

Supply only PVC flexible pipe 16mm dia 450mm long with 2 Nos of brass ferrule & rubber washer for hot and cold water, Set of 2, all as specified & as directed.

Labour only for charging of refrigrent gas (R-22/410A/134A) of required quantity for split/window type AC including leak detection by using nitrogen gas and arresting leakages if any by necessary brazing and flushing the system complete and testing for smooth functioning complete for the following capacities :-

Supply and Fix in Repairs PVC flexible pipe 16mm dia 450mm long with 2 Nos of brass ferrule & rubber washer for hot and cold water, Set of 2 all as specified & as directed.

Supply and Fix in Repairs Thermostat/auto cut off of suitable size and type for 25/50 Ltrs capacity of any size all as specified & as directed.

Supply and Fix in Repairs heating element of 2 KW rating triangular/round type as per existing size and type including rubber washers all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Preparation old painted steel surface of Geyser & applying one coat of spray synthetic enamel paint of colour white including writing MES No complete all as specified & as directed.

Inspection, disconnecting electric connecting and dismantling of ceiling fan / exhaust / wall mounted fan of any type/size, cleaning including oiling and greasing the bearing, tightening of nuts and bolts, repair/replacement of un-serviceable parts and refixing on the original place complete all as specified & as directed. (Note : Replacement of old parts shall be measured & paid separately).

Supply only ball bearing of various sizes / make as required for ceiling fans/wall mounting/exhaust fan including greasing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Gun metal bush of any size/make suitable for ceiling fans all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Opening the ceiling fan of 1200 mm sweep of any make and type, removing the old defective winding carefully, cleaning the inner parts and rewinding with the same gauge supper enamelled copper conductor of good insulation, varnishing, drying and re-assembling complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Opening the ceiling fan of 1400 mm sweep of any make and type, removing the old defective winding carefully, cleaning the inner parts and rewinding with the same gauge supper enamelled copper conductor of good insulation, varnishing, drying and reassembling complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Opening the wall mounted fan of 300 mm sweep of any make and type, removing the old defective winding carefully, cleaning the inner parts and rewinding with the same gauge supper enamelled copper conductor of good insulation, varnishing, drying and reassembling complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Taking down exhaust fans 230 mm/300mm / 450mm sweep from position by duly disconnecting electric lines, preparing the surfaces, filling cavities with filler, cleaning all dust and spray painting with one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint including writing MES No and replacing the split pin, rubber pulley etc., and connecting the same complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Opening the exhaust fan of 230 mm/300 mm sweep of any make and type, removing the old defective winding carefully, cleaning the inner parts and rewinding with the same gauge supper enamelled copper conductor of good insulation, varnishing, drying and reassembling complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Opening the exhaust fan of 450 mm sweep of any make and type, removing the old defective winding carefully, cleaning the inner parts and rewinding with the same gauge supper enamelled copper conductor of good insulation, varnishing, drying and reassembling complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of motor for exhaust fans upto 225/230 mm sweep, heavy duty, 1400 RPM, AC single phase 230/240 Volts with blades complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of outerframe of exhaust fan for holding exhaust fan motor upto 280/300 mm sweep with supporting angle complete all as specified and directed. .

Taking down the window type AC / Split type AC of 1.0/1.5/2.0 ton capacity from location servicing the AC, cleaning the condenser and evaporator coil by blower, checking the electrical wiring, repalcement of burnt out wiring terminals, cleaning the air filter, adjusting relays etc., replacement of unserviceable spare parts and fixing back at original location, commissioning, testing for smooth functioning complete all as directed.

Taking down the Water coolers of any capacity, servicing the water cooler, cleaning the condenser and evaporator coil by blower, checking the electrical wiring, repalcement of burnt out wiring terminals, cleaning the air filter, adjusting relays etc., replacement of unserviceable spare parts and fixing back at original location, commissioning, testing for smooth functioning complete all as directed.

Taking down the Refrigerator / deep freezer of any capacity, servicing the Refrigerator / deep freezer, cleaning the condenser and evaporator coil by blower, checking the electrical wiring, repalcement of burnt out wiring terminals, cleaning the air filter, adjusting relays etc., replacement of unserviceable spare parts and fixing back at original location, commissioning, testing for smooth functioning complete all as directed.

Removing the split type AC of any make from position transporting to a reputed workshop, cutting the suction and discharge line of unserviceable compressor and replace with new factory made hermatically sealed compressor of same make and type, connecting the suction and discharge line, vacuuming the entire system, arresting all leakages, charging of required quantity of refrigerant, adjusting relays, thermostat etc bringing back and installing in its original position including testing for smooth functioning complete all as directed for the following capacities:-

Removing the unserviceable LMS from the refrigerator Supply and fix new relay of same make and type for refrigeraters/ deep freezes of following capacities:-

Removing/dismantling unserviceable evaporator freezer box unit including door cover and providing new & connecting the refrigerant pipe lines, peak testing, vacuuming and gas charging the unit with required quantity of refrigerant for refrigerator of 286/310 ltrs capacity and testing complete all as directed.
