Dismantling Asbestos cement (corugated,semicorrugated,etc)sheets in roof covering (Mangalore tile) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any color having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. NOTE: roof sheet includes the wall clading of the bldg vertical sides

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any color having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all specified and directed. NOTE: the roof sheet includes the wall clading of the bldg vertical sides.

Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with washer in roof ,wall etc fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screw complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

S&F roof trusses (framed) trussed purlins crane gantries rails fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam,tee,angle,channel, or flat section) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

S&F mild steel for wind ties for roof including Securing bolts,including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

S&F Framed work such as grill,grating,etc with ends bars shouldered and or rivted,or forged into spikes framed guard bars: barred iron doors :ladders framed baluster: walk ways: railing framework of water tanks and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Taking down/removing existing waterproofing treatment from RCC roof slab including removal of plaster bed below felt /membrane and disposal of the same to distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 500m as and where directed and M&L for 10 mm thick screeding /rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete roof surface ,using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement ,surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. NOTE: Water Proofing Compund shall be measured and paid seprately.

Supply only intergral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L for Cutting out cracks to "V" section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out wetting grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.
