Providing laying spreading and compacting wet mix macadam with clean,crushed,graded aggregates and granular material and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specifications and thickness as per approve plans or as directed by the departmental engineers

Prime coat over WMM using 7kg of 80/100 bitumen for 10 m2 area in manually including hire charges of machinery and labour charges etc., complete

Tack coat over WMM Surface using 2.5kg of 80/100 bitumen for 10 m2 area in manually including hire charges of machinery and labour charges etc., complete

Providing and laying 50mm compacted thick Dense Bitumenous macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50mm - 13.20mm graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.20 mm - 2.36mm graded metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36mm and below with 53.20 kgs of VG30/VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in central hot mix plant 20-30 tonne capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix in required temperature in uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross section and compaction by 80-100 KN power roller to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges 20-30 tonne CMP with two bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher /9m paver finisher, vibratory/pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required,includingall other incidential charges etc., complete as per specification usinf CMP clause 504 of MORTH Rev-5 specification.

Providing and laying 30 mm compacted thickness Bitumenous concrete using 8% of Plastic waste and 0.13 cum of 19.00 - 9.50mm,0.17cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below graded metal with 46.28kgs of VG30/VG40 bitumen and 4.02kg of plastic Waste for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in central hot mix plant 20-30 tonne capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix in required temperature in uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross section and compaction by 80-100 KN power roller to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges 20-30 tonne CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher /9m paver finisher, vibratory/pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required,includingall other incidential charges etc., complete as per specification usinf CMP clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5 specification.

Road markers/Road stud with lense reflectore providing and fixing road of category B raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate/ABS moulding body and reflective panels(bi-convex reflector)with micro prismatic lense capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retoo-reflection and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confrim to the MORTH circular no.RM/NH.33023/10/97-Do.III dt 11.06.97 and the length,height and with of the body shall be flat within 1.8mm. The marker shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Lenses shall be moulded of polycrbonate or methi methecrylate surface shall not be less than 13.00 sq.cm. the slope or retro-reflectory surface shall be 35+5 degree to base. Each reflectory shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 2 of said MORTH circular and two cylindrical polymer shanks of not less than 20mm diameter and not less than 30mm length shall be provided for better anchrage.

Providing and Laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflecting glass beads @ 250gsm per Sq.m area thickness 0f 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc., complete. (as MORT & H specification No. 803).
