Dismantling

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead

Dismantling tile work, kota stone, marble work in floor, skirting, steps in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

ANTI TERMITE TREATMENT

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for preconstructional anti-termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under andalround the columnpits, walltrenches,basementexcavation, top surface of plinth filling junction of wall and floor along the external perimeter of the building, expansion joints, surrounding of pipes, conduits etc. complete. Chloropyrophos 20% E.C. to be sprayed @ 1% concentration.

Internal Plaster

Supply and make internal plastering 12 to 15 mm mm thickness at all heights in line, level, and plumb, Cement , Sand Ratio (as per Specification) on brick walls or block walls, Rates to include application on all types of surfaces, at all levels. Allow for Providing and fixing galvanized chicken mesh 300mm wide and 0.5mm thick and provide 12mm groove at junctions of brick and concrete members (if needed). 13.1.1 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand). Note: Curing should be done in 7-10 days Works include all materials needed to finish the works according to specifications , drawings and supervisor engineer's instructions

Extra for providing Mesh to be properly stretched and nailed ensuring equal thickness of plaster on both sides of the mesh. Providing necessary plaster grooves as per design, etc.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/ Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.Concrete of M10 grade with minimum cement content of 220 kg /cum

WATERPROOFING

Water proofing treatment - Preparation of the surface by mechanical abrading to remove all loose materials. Providing and applying three coats (consumption: 2.5Kg/sqm/3 coats) of acrylic polymer modified cementitious water proofing coating over prepared concrete/masonry surface by brush or trowel strictly maintaining the coverage including cleaning the surface from dust, mortar splashes and loosely adhering particles with hammer chiseller, wire brush, nylon brush and water jetting. Repairing of all cracks and honey combing with polymer cement sand mortar admixed with waterproofing compound. The liquid polymer component and cementitious powder compound are mixed as per manufacturer's recommendation. The subsequent is applied when the previous coat is touch dry. Refer Manufacturer's data sheet for application procedure.

VITRIFIED TILE FLOORING

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. The size, color, shade etc. shall be as per direction of EIC.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints. The size, color, shade etc. shall be as per direction of EIC.

CEILING WORK

BAFFLE CEILING WORK-Providing and fixing Modular U Baffle ceiling of 50 x 150 center to center 100mm with Suspension clip, baffle hanger, unigrid channel, locking lip, baffle and End cap As per design and detail. MAKE Armstrong / Hunterdouglas The main G.I. frame ( 20g x 2” x 1”) shall be at Desired distance c/c and intermediate frame at desired distance c. The main G.I. member to be hanged with help of G.I angle of 1" x 1" x 24 gauge ( 900mm c/c) and additional SS flats 20mmx4mm ( @ 900mm c/c) and s.s dash fasteners of Hilti including all necessary work required. Expanded metal mesh (0.07 Kg/Sft) shall be firmly stretched and screwed to the intermediate frame with G.I. washers and average 20 mm plaster of paris to be applied on in two layers.

WOOD WORK

Providing and fixing paneling over the existing wall made out of framework of 50mm X 25 mm- 12 gauge section un annodised Aluminium (as per requirement)frame work @ 16” to 24” c/c vertically & horizontally.The frame work to be clad with 8.0 mm thick commercial ply with 1mm thick laminate. All exposed surfaces to be clad with teakwood moulding of size 30 mm X 6.0 mm made to shape. The work should be complete in all respects including provisions of grooves duly designed & finished. All wood to be treated with wood preservatives of approved ISI quality.

Wood veneer wall panelling: Providing & fixing Wood veneer wall panelling made out of M.S Section/Saal wood frame including 6mm commercial ply duly finished with 4mm thick wood veneer on front & side of frame work. Each panel to be made as per given design/detail, such that a 3d effect is attained. Base of wall surface between each wooden panel to be duly finished with velvet touch (diamond glow) paint or equivalent of approved shade including pop punning of wall along with this work would need the design to be printed in 1:1 ratio & marked on the actual location with print & peel sheets to achive complete accuracy. The wood veneer to be finish with PU polish & necessary hardware as required, complete in all respect as per the satisfaction of the PM/ Engineer-in -charge.

Storage Cupboard : Providing and fixing in position Storage of any height, 18mm thick. commercial board/ply duly laminated (1mm premium category) on all external surfaces, rear of the shutter. Front shutter made out of 19mm thick commercial board. All other surfaces incl. shelves, drawers etc to be finished with 0.8mm thick laminate as/approved. Rear to be made of 8 mm thick commercial ply. All outer exposed area shall be finished with approved 1mm thick premium laminate/matching paint finish. Anti termite oil to be put on the raw surface before applying/ finishing with laminate. All complete including making set (s) for mock-up sample for approval, modifying, etc including necessary hardware such as heavy duty s.s.hinges/piano hinge, locks, magnetic catchers etc. Make - Century/ Archiply/ Alpro. Storage cabinet: Providing and fixing in position of following size STORAGE CABINET unit made out of 18 mm thick termite-resitant, waterproof commercial board/ply for bottom, shelf/ partition, sides, drawer units, shelves etc. Frontshutter made out of 19mm thick commercial board, all outer exposed area shall be finished with approved 1mm laminate and inside areas shall be finshed with 0.8mm thick laminate as/approved. Each wardrobe to have one lockable drawer. The wardrobe have 50mm x 50mm legs should be made of sesoned hardwood. Anti termite oil to be put on the raw surface before applying/ finishing with laminate. Price to including necessary hardware such as knobs, handles, magnet catchers, hinges, hanging rod oval shaped of stainless steel. ACOUSTICAL SOUNDSCAPE PANEL-Providing and Fixing SoundScapes - Acoustical clouds which are 30 mm thick, flat glass fiber panels with Humidity Resistance RH 90% & Recycled Content of minimum 30%, come in various shape options like Square / Convex / Concave / Circle / Hexagon / Trapezoid / Parallelogram (Left & Right) / Rectangle (Small & Large) and in standard Traffic White color with LR 90% or in the color specified by the Engineer in charge (Ivory / Pale Green / Pastel Blue / Traffic Grey / Pale Brown). or in the color specified by the Engineer in charge . Providing and Fixing of Raised Floor False flooring supply and fixing of removable false flooring in 600mm x600 mm Grid. The False flooring shall be finished at a height of 150 mm to 200 mm above the finished floor level. The flooring shall be laid using Electro-galvanized adjustable jack made out of 75mm dia bright bar welded on to 100 mm x 10 mm x 8 mm thick M.S plate with hexagonal nut and check nut and aluminium die cast jack head, electro-galvanized 40 mm x 40 mm x 3.16 mm thick cold rolled channel for main and cross members. The entire framework and jacks are coated with two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of primer Removable flooring tiles shall be made from steel. The bottom of the panel shall be embossed is hemispherical shape of size 60 mm dia and 12 reverse conicals of 25 mm dia to give strength and flexural rigidity. The top sheet shall be plain and resistant welded at various location. After the top and bottom sheets have been degreased and phosphated, the above hollow panel shall have an infill of lightweight cementitious material. The entire panel shall be coated with epoxy coating on the exposed surfaces. The top of the tile shall be finished with 8 mm MDF all inclusive in this item.

PAINT

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats. The color and shade as per the directioons of EIC.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

WINDOW ROLLER BLIND

Providing and fixing of the window Blinds of approve Colour of make Vista , Durt Guard or Equivalent.

REMOVAL & INSTALLATION OF WOODEN FLOORING TT ROOM

Removal of existing wooden flooring , cleaning, levelling drying curing etc. and disposal of malba.

Profiding, laying and finishing of Table Tennis Vinyl sports flooring, high traction anti skid with the foam base and reinforced vinyl top layer, scratch resitant of approved shade colour and make minimum 4.5mm thick inlcuding all adhesive , cutting wastges and finishing of approved shade and colour.
