DG SET OF CAPACITY 62.5/63 KVA M&L for Servicing/overhauling of stand by DG Set capacity 63KVA installed in different Location, segregation of serviceable and unserviceable parts including cleaning, re-fixing of all serviceable parts and testing etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engr- in -Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of following unserviceable parts suitable for stand by DG Set capacity 63 KVA installed in defferent location against Sch item No. 1 above :- (a) Fuel Filter Element Pre Make : Kirloskar/Mico

(b) Fuel Filter Element micro Make :Kirloskar/Mico

(c) Lub Oil Filter Element Make:Kirloskar/Mico

(d) Oil filter Make :Kirloskar/Mico

(e) Air cleaner element inner &outer Make : Kirloskar/Mico

(f) Rubber Hose pipe

(g) Flexible fuel pipes

(h) Fan Belts Make :Fenner

(i) Engine oil (20W 40) Make: Servo/Castrol/HP

(j) Topping up of coolant Make: servo/Castrol

(k) Hose for air cleaner

(l) water seperater filter

(m) On Off swith with go/nogo relay of starting panel.

DG SET OF CAPACITY 125 KVA (Kirloskar) M&L for Servicing/overhauling of stand by DG Set capacity 125 KVA installed at Main Receiving Sub station, segregation of serviceable and unserviceable parts including cleaning, re-fixing of all serviceable parts and testing etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engr- in -Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of following unserviceable parts suitable for stand by DG Set capacity 125 KVA installed in Main Receiving Sub station against Sch item No. 3 above :- (a) Fuel Filter Element Pre Make :Kirloskar/Mico

(b) Fuel Filter Element micro Make :Kirloskar/Mico

(c) Lub Oil Filter Element Make :Kirloskar/Mico

(d) Oil filter Make :Kirloskar/Mico or equivalent

Taking out old battery and replacement with 12 Volts ,180 AH Battery initially charged(Maintenance Free) complete all as specified.Make Exide/Amaron/AMCO

Repair of Battery Charging Set capacity 12V/24V 180 AH and carring out following repair work and making it serviceable with changing of minor part as required:- (a) Rewinding of Rectifier Transformer of battery charging set cap. 12/24Volt single phase 230 Volt including Varnishing - 01Each Job (b) Toggle switch for volt/Amp meter -02Nos (c) Volt Meter and Amp Meter as suitable.for battery charger- 01 Each (d) S&F Fuses suitable for Battery Charger 12/24 Volt-01Each

M&L for preparation of surface for painting to radiator, engine, alternator body, fuel tank, mounting rod,silencer etc of DG Set Capacity 63/125/160 KVA by scraping the existing paint carryout spray painting and applying two coats of existing colour of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and applying two coats of heat resistance paint to engine and exhaust pipe including filling putties making smooth surface and writing MES Number, SM Numbers, Tank cleaned on the fuel tank complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning of radiator of DG set Cap. 63/125/160 KVA by using K-oil and radiator cleaning solution mixed with hydraulic acid by pressure of pump and brush including necessary welding work all as required and as specified by Engineer in charge.

Opening of defective AMF Panel for DG set Capacity 160 KVA and segregating serviceable and un serviceable parts and refixing the serviceable parts including replacement of the following parts complete all as directed:- i) Complete internal wiring of interconnected bus bar . ii) Replacement of Relay Model MCX- 41 contractor=2 Nos. iii) Push switch- 02Nos iv) LED Indicator lamp- 06 Nos v) Time delay relay suitable size & capacity vi) Electronic battery charger kit box-1 vii) MCB SP16 Amp 10KA -03 Nos

Supply and Fix in replacement Exhaust Silencer Set of 62.5Kva DG set along with all connecting item ,welding,nut bolts,support clamp etc all as specified and directed . Note:-The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quated amount.
