Providing, laying, jointing and testing of following sizes of pipes conforming to IS1239 with all accessories like all fittings including tees, elbows, reducers, flanges, rubber gaskets, nuts bolts and washer. And fixing the pipe on floor / wall /ceiling with suitable size clamps, hangers, structural steel supports as per specification. And G.I. pipe sleeve to be provided wherever the pipes are crossing the walls/floors and sealing the sleeves as per requirements including cutting holes and chases in brick, R.C.C work and making good the same to original conditions complete in all respects. Pipe shall be MS black as per IS-1239 heavy grade and fitting for 40 mm and below be of screwed fittings and above BW 'C' class fittings.

Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of primer. Including painting of legends both direction arrows as per the approval of the site in-charge engineer.

Supplying and Fixing Air Vessel made of 250 mm dia 8 mm thick ms sheet 1000-1200 mm in height with air release valve on top and flanged connection to riser drain arrangement with 25 mm dia gunmetal wheel valve with required accessories pressure gauge and painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved shade as required

Supplying and Fixing orifice plate made out of 6 mm thick stainless steel ( Grade 304 ) with orifice of required size to be fitted between flange and landing valve of external and internal hydrants to reduce pressure at the outlet to the level of 3.5 kg / sqcm complete as required .
