SCHEDULE 'A'

Taking sample of water from Treated clear water tank of STP of capacity 700 and 205 KLD and gettting tested from PHED,water test to be carried out by Directorate of PUBLIC HEALTH ENGINEERING OFFICE by collection of sample from clear tank for physical and chemical and BACTERIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS to be carried out in every month and report shall be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Sodium hypochloride Calcium based, high strength chlorination chemical for water disinfectant in any form granular or in liquid form in factory sealed HDPE container (45/50 Kg each), chlorine concentration level 40-60% and delivered at STP under GE Bengdubi complete all as specified and as directed. (Make:- Declibac / RAMCO / POTTER & WATTS Corporation or equivalent approved make)

Supply only Poly Electrolyte chemical complete all as directed. (Make : Declibac / RAMCO / POTTER & WATTS Corporation or equivalent approved make)

Supply only Poly Aluminium Chloride chemical complete all as directed. (Make: Declibac / RAMCO / POTTER & WATTS Corporation or equivalent approved make)

Supply only De-Watering Poly Electrolyte(DWPE) chemical complete all as directed. (Make : Declibac / RAMCO /POTTER & WATTS Corporation or equivalent approved make)

Labour only for cleaning the vegetation, grass, bushes etc at installations and other location as specified including keeping maintaining the garden and lawn by necessary gardening works at various places as directed by Engr-in-Charge and to be kept in inspection mode. (Note: Contractor is deemed to be provided suitable workforce having Two Labour including necessary T&P for 08 Hrs per day as each job.)

Cleaning of underground sewage well of diameter 3 to 5 mtr & depth 6 to 9 mtr by using pump set or bucket & mug etc complete all as directed :- Note:- (a) Removing muds, silt sand etc from inside of tank and depositing in pit (depth of pit not less than 1.5 mtr) to a distance n.exc 50 mtr from tank including exacavation of suitable size of pit and returning, filling etc cleaning of tank with water and all as directed. (c ) Removing moulds, moss,foreign materials etc from the internal surfaces of tank and from the mouth of pipe by scrapping with steel brushes or steel scrapping, disposing off waste materials to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and cleaning the internal surface with clean water. (d) Spreading the thin layers of bleaching powder over the entire internal surface area 142 sqm, of tank internally and washing with clean water. (e) Applying one coat of lime wash to the internal surfaces.

Dismentling of non - clogging sewage submersible pumping set of 5 / 7.5 HP capacity from collection chamber/Equilisation tank/sumpwell and transporation to workshop for repair, dismantling of pumping set, complete segregating the pump and motor, check the pumps and motor throughly, removing the defective parts, rewinding the motor, re-assembling the pump set in the respective borewell, making all electrical connection and commissioning testing complete on full load to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (Repair of pump will be measured and paid separately).

Repair of non clogging pump submersible type by checking and cleaning throughly and cleaning throughly and replacing the following defective parts, reassembling the same and testing including machine work all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (a) Line shaft - 01 Nos (b) Bearings - 02 Nos ( c) Water seal - 01 Nos (d) Casing king key - 01 Nos (e) Gland - 02 Nos

Taking out of non clogging centrifugal pump set of capacity 3/5 HP from foundation after disconnecting from motor /suction and delivery pipe and transporation to workshop for repair, dismantling of pumping set, complete segregating the pump and motor, check the pumps and motor throughly, removing the defective parts, rewinding the motor, re-assembling the pump set and re-setting to the existing position connecting motor /all pipe line and commissioning and testing on full load to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for repair/replacement of unserviceable parts from LT panel after disconnecting the electric connection and re-connecting after repair work including providing necessary lugs terminals connection cleaning and refittings /resetting coild NOC-1 and NOC-2, single phase preventor, nut volts, amp meter, volt meter, indicator switch etc. (The unsevicable items will be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevent items of schedule 'A' /BoQ.)

Taking down air blower of capacity 500 CuM/hrs, RPM 1700, BHP 17.4 from the existing position after disconnecting all electrical connection and transportation to workshop for repair for un-serviceable parts complete and removing the defective parts, repair, rewinding the air blower throughly including machine work and re-assembling the air blower after hundred percent satisfaction and commssioning testing complete on full load to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Labour only for cleaning of Sludge bed with suitable equipemnt complete all as specified and directed

Labour only for cleaning of MBBR Chamber 1&2, taking out bacteria media and clean the same with suitable equipemnt and refill the cleaned bacteria media in cleaned MBBR chamber 1&2 Complete all as specified and directed

Supply, Installation & Commisioning of mono block centrifugal pump motor unit of capacity 5 HP (100 mm X100 mm ) including all electrical connection and water pipe line suitable for operation on 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 50 Hz AC Supply with IP55 Class of protection for enclosure, horizontal foot mounted type with Class 'F' insulation confirming to IS-325 and Foot Valve, M.S. fabricated common base plate, coupling, coupling guard, foundation bolts etc as required all as specifed and directed. M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 80 mm bore sluice valve cast iron confirming to IS : 14846 both end flanged with S/S spindle with nut class PN - 1.0 ISI marked complete with hand wheel nuts, bolts, washers & rubber gusket etc complete all as specified and directed. (Make - Upadhya/Venus/Hazra/Kirloskar/Kartar)

M&L for weather coat painting of Collection Chamber, Equilisation Tank, MBBR Tank, Sedimentation tank after Cleaning of External surfaces, lid wall of tank, structure for all scales and other particle any algae, hives and any type of vegetation or any other unwanted matters, scraping of old paint and reapir of minor leakage complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Dozing salt in water softener plant complete all as specified and directed

Supply and mixing water hardness test tablet TH-05 including testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of resin T-42 Na for water softness complete all as specified and directed.
