Taking down the ceiling fan of any sweep carefully from its installed position, dismantling complete, cleaning all dust, applying grease for bearings, reassembling the fan and blades, painting of fans with synthetic enamel paint by spraying as per existing colour paint including filling cavities with filler, writing MES No. in paint, hanging/fixing the fan in its original position and testing on completion complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes: - (i). The unit rate is deemed to include the cost of taking down carefully fans from existing position after disconnecting electric connections, sealing cable ends, bringing to MES store yard and refixing in same as different locations after repair/painting etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
