Dismantling and removing doors, windows and ventilators including removal of frames hinges fastening and staking the useful materials for reuse and remving the debries within 50m lead etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Dismantling brick or stone masonary in cement mortar under 3.0m height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the derbris within 50m lead etc complete asper direction of Engineer in charge.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls, cleaning the surface lowering and removing the debris within 50m lead etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Dismantling and removing 2.5cm. thick As flooring includng stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing debris withn 50m lead etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost, carriage and royalty of sand etc.complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) using 4cm size H.G. metal including cost, carriage, royalty and taxes all labour, T & P etc. complete. as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plain cement concrete with CC (1:2:4) using 12mm size h.g. chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete and compacting including wtering curing cost conveyance royalities and taxes of all materials cost of all labour with cost of allT&P required for the work etc complete.

Fly ash bricks masonary with CM (1:6) in superstructure including cost conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials labour T&P etc complete including watering and curing for required period as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

16mm thick cement plaster in C.M.(1:6) over brick finished smooth to the inside smooth surface of wall including cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials cost of labour and T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in -charge.

12mm thick cement plaster in C.M.(1:6) over brick finished smooth to the outside smooth surface of wall including cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials cost of labour and T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in -charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved shade on new work two coat to give an even shade including all cost and labour etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Finishing wall surface with Acrylic wall putty( water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing supplying fitting fixing of iron doors and windows of MS angle fitted with MS iron shutters and windows with MS grills including all cost and labour etc complete asper direction of Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats with any approved paint over one coat of primer after scrapping cleaning old paint with scrapper and sand papering including all cost and labour etc complete asper direction of the Engineer in charge.(Ground floor)

Supplying fitting fixing of UPVC casement door 60 series duly manufactures iusing UPVC reinforced profiles of 60mmx55mmx2.50mm outer frame 102mmx 60mmx2.25mm for casement door spash profile and 74mmx60mmx2.50mm mution profile capable of mounting single glazing system structurally reinforced with hot dip etc complete asper direction of Engineer in charge

Supplying,fitting and fixing vetrified tiles in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make with application of polymer modified cement based water resistant adhesive bed of required thickness of 10mm and filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost of all materials,labour T&P etc.required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying,fitting and fixing vetrified tiles in dados skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of tile as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
