Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty, electric power cable 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor, of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches or under road complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty, electric power cable 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor, of size 185 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches or under road complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing On load change over switch with sheet metal Enclosure 63 amp , 4 pole including necessary cable connections. Make : Havells/L&T/Siemens

Supply & Fixing On load change over switch with sheet metal Enclosure 200 amp , 4 pole including necessary cable connections. Make : Havells/L&T/Siemens

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M wide and n. exc 1.5 m deep as in foundation, etc., or for shafts, wells,cess pits, manholes and sewage lines etc not exc 10sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point and disposal complete all as specified.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with layer of sand (8cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying the cable and punned down to 18cm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick laid in trenches for cable protection of burnt clay sub class ‘B’ complete laid dry flat, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & labour for Plain cement concrete, type D2, (1:4:8), (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, poles/stays and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in coping of poles even and smooth finishing using extra cement etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel bands , straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, incuding bolts, if required hooks (stay) heavy for large gates, hook and pintle hinges large hasps and staples, chains hand made sliding bolts, clamps hold fasts wall ties hooks for hanging fans, plain agnle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles confrirming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete.

Supply and fixing GI pipe Light grade 80 mm bore (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ path /road crossings/ fixed to poles/ceiling/ along walls/ path /drain/floors with and including all necessary clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc and all fittings as required, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Necessary excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of Schedule.)

M&L complete for drilling hole with trenchless technology under hard standing /road for laying of pipe for protection of cable etc by means of manual booklet and without disturbing the top surface or cutting and making good the disturbed surface to the existing if any, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description, not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level) and removing the same from Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down ceiling fans of any size, any make fix charged at different location in Air force station, dismantling the fan complete cleaning and re- assembling the same including refixing the same position Anti sucide fan rods, 70 cm long and refixing the ceiling fan the same location in origingal position , testing and commissioning of fan for smooth running complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note : Anti Suicide down rods and spares measured and paid separately and old down MS rod deposit to MES store yard. .

Supply and Fixing of 250mm (10") 'Gold Life' Smardt MS down rod (Anti Suicide Fan Rod) white colour or any other colour as approved by GE in writing for ceiling fans of any size and make complete all as specified and directed. Make: Gold Life Smart Fan down Rod

Supply & fix sheet metal enclosure for 220 volts 20 Amps with a three pin and earth plug top with socket and one single pole MCB 20 amps complete as well as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring of two run with 04 Sqmm single core PVC insulated, FRLS, flexible multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, drawn through and including PVC casing-n-coping of size 25 x 16 mm medium grade and accessories of suitable size and fixed on wall/ceiling including one run of 4.0 Sqmm single core PVC insulated, FRLS , flexible copper cable as earth continuity conductor in green color all as specified and as directed. . (For AC connection ) Note- (a) Two runs of single core cable with one run of earth continuity cable including PVC conduit and its accessories will be measured and paid as one unit). (b) Make disturbed surface good to wall/floors as existing surface.

M & L for point wiring (concealed on wall & surface/concealed on cealing) for one light/fan/exhaust fan controlled by one modular/piano switch one way in different locations/building including rigid non metallic PVC conduit, medium grade, ISI marked , 20 mm dia, with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of 1.5 sqmm as continuous earth connected to common earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Switch piano, single pole one way 5 Amps 240 volt capacity flush type all as specified.

M&L for cutting holes into existing brick wall having depth one brick but n exc two brick thick wall built in cement mortar for fixing of 300mm sweep exhaust fan complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix of clamp with rubber bush (Heavy duty steel and rubber fan to ceiling hook attachment clamp) including nut/bolts, safety pin complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
