AMC of stage lighting system, Sound Sysytem, video projection system including minor repairs, electrical wiring components etc. as per best satisfactory by Engineer-in-Charge.
One qualified Technical person deputed for operating the above system during the each event/function at Hon'ble H.P. High Court Campus.(Lump-sum event/function i.e. 18 nos.)
Terms and conditions:-
Contractor will engage 1 No. Electrician-II & 1 No. T/mate from 9.00 am to 5.00 p.m. or as required by the controlling officer in case of emergency for attending the complaints of area under Electrical subdivision Nahan .
The staff employed should be trained and must have done ITI in Electrician Trade, should have knowledge of wiring, repair and maintenance and other basic technical terminology. Preferably should have experience in E.I. related works
Competent Electrician will be required to attend break down call as and when intimated withing the least possible time but not more than 24 hours in any case, there is no limit of break down calls. The sole responsibility shall be of the firm to keep the whole system in running condition round the clock.
The work shall be carried out as per direction and up to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
The contractor will submit the attendance register after each month duly coutersigned by the Engineer-in-Charge only then the payment will be released to the contractor.
