Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position steel tubular swaged pole 8.5 Mtr long type (410 SP -22) conforming to IS 2713 part I & III - 1980 complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap, mild steel, bolts, nuts and screws, welded and reduced section and longitudinal weld seam throughtout entire length of pole including two coats of black bituminous paint throughtout internally and externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete including transporting the poles to plating & providing three bends/strap with paint red signal/post office colour 300 mm apart from plinth block & numbering of poles complete all as specified and directed and including foundation with the following : (a) Excavation in post holes in any type of soil , return filling, well ramming and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs from the starting point. (b) PCC (1:3:6 ) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation. (c) PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping , including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying fixing in replacement or passing through pipe 1100 Voltage grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated and sheathed aluminium conductor comfirming to relevent IS size 6 sqmm 2 core unarmoured and connecting to system complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement FRP , hot press moulded SMC pole box 295X255X120 mm comprising of 100 Ams aluminium bus bar 4 strips ( IP 55 protection ) with one MCB SP 6 Ams to be fixed inside the box and box will be clamped bottom of the pole with FI clamps (duly painted ) nut bolt washers of required size.Make - SINTEX ,Model GSJB-2520 or any other sample approved by GE.

S & F bracket made with GI tube light grade (not less than 1.2 RM) in length of 40 mm bore size and fixed to the LT pole with the help of two Nos FI Clamps of size 50X6 mm nut bolt and washers,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix roadway luminaire LED light fittings with pressure dia cast aluminium of 72 watts and including necessary electric connection with 2.5 Sqmm twin core copper conductor unarmoured cable, complete all as specified and directed. Make Bajaj/CG/Havells/Philips.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate 600X600X6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not les than 2.25 M deep below GL with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below GL) connected with GI earth wire 4Sq mm as earthing leads by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers properly jointed as shown on drawings and including excavation, earth work. GI pipe light grade 15 mm bore for protection of GI earth wire from earth electrode to and including the earth test point, supplying and laying charcoal dust, common salt PCC (1:2:4) type B1chamber and MS angle iron frame of 40mmx40mm x3 mmand RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12 mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part -I and conected to earth test point including testing complete all as secified and directed.
