Earth work excavation for foundation in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders, sand, silt or other loose soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock reqiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and bailing out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil other than sand in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and completed depositing the surplus excavated soil with in the compound in places shown by the departmental officrs with initial lead and lifts and cleaning, levelling, the site etc., complete as per SS 20B for foundation

Supply, delivery and filling with Stone Dust from approved quarry in layer not more than 15 cm thick including watering with all layers and consolidation complying with standard specifications including cost and conveyance of sand at site and labour chrages and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specifications

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One part of cement, four part of fine aggregate and eight part of course aggregate) mix using 40mm HBG ISS metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specifications as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots incluidng necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29 m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all corss bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angel of size 25 x 25 x 3 mm for boareding laid over sivler oak joists (Country wood) of size 10 x6 cm spaced @ about 90 cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10-13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2 for the following items - for RCC Works

Vibrated Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and Half part of fine aggregate and Three part of course aggregate) mix using 20mm HBG ISS metal for all RCC items of works excluding centering and shuttering and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing the same and also fixing fan clamps and fixtures in RCC works whereever necessary as directed by the departmental officer etc., complete

Supplying and filling with Well gravel from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for filling, watering & consolidation etc., complete as per standard specification 24 &25 NBC Part VI (S2) 8 28 V,VI S25

Providing Bitumen Pad 12mm thick for expansion joints inlcuding cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for cutting the pad required length and depth and placing the same as directed by the departmental engineers etc., complete

Roofing with ALUMINIUM ZINK COATED PRE PAINTED GALVUM SHEET including 15cm lapping 0.80mm thick of approved quality by drilling holes (and not by punching) with necessary J or U Bolts and nuts of 8 mm dia of suitable length and providing one set of bitumen washer of 25 mm dia and 1.60 mm thick for each bolt including protruving portion of bolts in roof shell be covered with bitumen compound etc., complete comply with standard specification

Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five M- Sand ) using new best country Bricks of size 8 ¾” x 4 ¼” x 2 ¾” from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. complying with std. specifications.

Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five M- Sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.
