Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and Technical specification

Dismantling of Structures (Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material,disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lift and lead of 1000 metres), Cement Concrete Grade M-15 & M-20

(Coloured pigment should be in conformity with colour of tiles and as approved and directed by the Department). Anti Skid paver tiles

Providing and fixing in position moulded cement concrete block(Kerb) of approved brand of size300mmx450mmx100mm in proper level and grade on footpath edge etc. as directed by the department.

Supplying, fitting and fixing ornametal grill on Footpath edge with specified steel section as per drawing and technical specification with all materials and labours etc. Complete as directed by the Deptt.

Cleaning and de-silting of road side drains / cross drains etc. by mechanical means with adequate road safety measures by providing caution boards / safety ribbons /proper barricading where necessary / proper lighting if necessary etc. without damaging the foot paths / slabs / road surfaces etc including immediate disposal of the semi liquid / silt / garbage/Floating materials/ Polythin etc. taken out from the drains/ culverts etc. upto a lead of 20.00 KM from the site within 24 hours as directed keeping the road surface / footpath etc. clean and as directed by the department . De-siltation work will have to be carried out as and when necessary as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(Measurement shall be taken on inside of the drain wall )

Providing temporary bamboo barricades for Protection purpose with bamboo post etc. complete as and directed by the deptt

Construction of Granular Sub Base (GSB) by providing coarse graded materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per cl.401 (with an initial lead of 5 Km.) (ii) for Grading-II Material

Wet Mix Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sb-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Providing and laying coloured Interlocking Concrete Block Pavement (ICBP) conforming to IS:15658-2006 including all lead and lift complete as per technical specification and as directed. a) 80mm thick interlocking precast blocks having compressive strength of 40N/sq.mm.

Providing and laying M-40 grade cement concrete Edge block/ Edge restraints complete as per Technical specification clause 1504.

40 mm thick marble chips flooring rubbed and polished to granolithic finish with under layer of 25 mm thick cement concrete in prop. 1:2:4 of 10 mm and down graded and top layer 15 mm thick with marble chips of any colour or combination of colours of reqd. siizes from 7 mm to 10 mm nominal sizes laid in cement marble powder mix 3:1 ( 3 cemen : 1 marble powder by weight) in prop. 4:7 (4 cement marble powder mix: 7 marble chips by volume)

Sand Filling in foundation trenches as per Drawing & Technical Specification

Finishing wall with water proofing weather coat smooth anti fungal exterior painting of Apex brand of Asian Paints and of reqd. shade after cleaning and clearing the surface etc. including scafolding complete as specified and directed by the department.

Painting on Steel Surfaces (Providing and applying two coats of ready mix paint of approved brand on steel surface after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications

Bar marking (Hazard road marking) of 5.00 mm thick hot applied thermoplastic compound & retro reflecting glass beads on bituminous & ICBP layers 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H’s fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance.

Of size (125mm x 125mm), 90mm height (from bottom of shank to the top of stud) with detachable battery, m6LEDs-three on each side for Bi-directional studs/ 3 LEDs on one side for unidirectional studs, ultra bright LED in amber and red colour, weight per stud 700+25 gms, flash rate of 50-65 times per minute completely water resistant and weather proof with replacement warranty and free maintenance fro one year from the date of installation of stud on road-(installation should be made using adhesives and procedures recommended by manufacturer under the supervision of their competent technician).
