Construction of Embankment with materials obtained from borrow pits, with a lift up to 1.5 m. transporting to site, speeding, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m. as per technical specification clause 301.5. (a) from private land (only at breach portion)

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits, with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m. as per technical specification clause 303.1 (a) from private land (only at breach portion)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded meterials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieved the desired density, complete as per technical specification clause 401 . (ii) for grading II materia l(only at breach portion)

Water Bound Macadam Sub- base/ base (only for (PMGSY work) WBM Grading 3 Using stone screening Type - A 13.2 mm for Gr 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming,stone screening to fill - up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 (A) By Manual means (only at breach portion)

Maintenance of WBM Road Maintenance of WBM road including filling up of pot holes, ruts and rectifying corrugated surface, damaged edges and ravelling as per technical specification Clause 1906.

Prime Coat i) Low porosity Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on preparedsurface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primerat the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Tack Coat ii) Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

17.2.:-Semi - Dense Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.508. complete in all respect. including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant ) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) I With hydrated lime/ cement as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) A With 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen (ii) for Grading II (10 mm nominal size)

Traffic Signs Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801 1)80mm x 600 mm rectangular

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications (80% length of the Road is considered)

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4mm dia GI wire conforming to IS :280 and IS : 4826 in 100mm x 100mm mesh (woven diagonally) including 10per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25kg each as per drawing and Technical Specifications clauses 1301

Brick masonry work in cement mortar in foundation of wall complete excl. pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specification clause 1100(in prop. 1:4)

Plastering with cement mortar(1:6) 15mm thick on brick work for substructure as per technical specification
