Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified.

S & F Glazed Vitrified coloured tiles 10 mm thick of any shade, polished area of each tile exc 0.36 sqm but not exc 0.42 Sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in floors including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as directed.

M & L for coloured Non-skid ceramic tiles (square/rectangular) 7 to 8mm thick in floors, area of each tile exc.0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with matching pigment over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 600X300x 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with and including 10mm thick backing coat on vertical surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Heavy duty vitrified designer tile 200x100mm / 300x 300mm and having thickness 08-10mm as in swimming pool floors,walls, parking area, outdoors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick backing coat on floor/vertical surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:4 laid in a Pattern, design and colour as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping, clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Granite (of any type) tiles as in floors/walls 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing including 15mm thick cement mortar(1:4) screed bed complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs to one edge, such as in steps and other similar situations

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work/ PCC Block or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as plinth protection, paving/ hardstanding finished even and smooth without using extra cement including joint cutting at every 3m interval and filling the joint shall be filled with mastic filling compraising of 01 part of heated bitumen blown grade any penetration and 3 parts of sand (all by Weight) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water , etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry of Type C1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Plain Cement Concrete type C 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face surfaces of brick work or concrete in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement.complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in ceilings in CM (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces on walls including cornices and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces on walls including cornices and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces on ceilings including cornices and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling false ceiling boards any description, fixed in any position fixed with screws and framed work etc including snap grid off GI/Aluminum of any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fixing of Armstrong false Ceiling Classic Lite 600x600x16mm, NRC-0.55,including grid of size main tee 32x24mm @1200 c/c cross Tee of 1200mm of size 27x24 mm and cross Tee of 600mm of size 25x24 mm and wall angle of size 19x19mm and fixed all around the wall to form a grid of size 600x600. Tiles shall be inserted in the formed grid and suspended with 2mm GI wire at every 1200mm intervals C/C all as per manufacturer specifications and directions and as directed.

Dismantling wall panelling boarding any description fixed in any position with nails including removal of fillets of any section/ size and making good of damaged portion complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing.

S&F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing.
