Taking down carefully existing unserviceable bitumen felt of patches (any number of layers) including plaster of any thickness, wire brushing and cleaning of the surface of roof terraces including flashing and junctions of parapets kerb wall, PCC fillets, benching etc and removing of the rubbish to a distance not exceeding 500 m from the building and depositing where complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on roof slab top finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor including concrete at junctions of parapets and roof terraces, flashing kerbs walls, PCC fillets, benching coving of chajjah top/junctions etc complete all as specified

M&L for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) for roof, kerb, or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning the newly plastered surfaces of concrete (roof etc) with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under :- (i) Checking the roof slab by flooding test with water till total elimination of leakage/seepage/ dampness all as specified in SSR Part-I 2009. (after ascertaining location of leakage/seepage/ dampness, carrying out treatment hereinafter of pressure grouting shall be operated at the required locations). (ii) Brushing surface with neat cement slurry at the rate of 3.00kg of cement per Sqm. (iii) Applying one coat of oil based bituminous primer @ 0.25 kg/Sq. M (iv) Providing and laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester mat weighing not less than 160 gm/Sqm all as specified procured from any one of the approved manufactures (v) Apply two coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 kg/Sqm per coat over membrane over non assesble roof surfaces complete all as per manufactures instructions and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

S&F light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles in patches 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished of each tiles 600 x 600 mm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Enggineer-in-charge.

S&F light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles in patches 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished of each tiles 600 x 600 mm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of wall as in backing of skirting and dado complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F for coloured Non - skid Ceramic tiles in patches 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) each tile 300 x 300mm / 400 x 400 mm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured in vertical surface in patches 350x 250x 7 to 8 mm / 450X 350X 7 to 8 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of wall as in backing of skirting and dado all as specified and as directed.
