Sewage Treatment plant Unit Design, construction, erection, testing and Commissioning of MPS and following Components including O & M for 5 Years and one year defect liability period after 3 months trial run period:- (i) RCC inlet chamber, screen chamber, rectangular collecting tank suitable for 2.0 MLD average flow with peak factor of 3.0, landscaping of the campus, providing and installation . 2 No. of 85 m3 / hour @ 12 mtr. 1 No. of 250 m3 / hour @ 12 mtr. 2 No. of 42.50 m3 / hour @ 12 mtr. head each with suitable LT Panel equipped with all safety devices, automatic capacitor bank and submersible cable from LT Panel to pump sets complete in all respects with panel room ( 35m2 ).(iii) K-9 D.I. Pipe of suitable dia at MPS including welding and screwing of Flanges. ISI Marked D.I. fittings, Sluice Valves, Non return valves as per requirement even for bye pass arrangement and connection of STP units complete in all respects.(iv) 3 Nos. CI Gear Operated Sluice Gate with SS spindle (SS 410) and seats (SS 304) (2 Nos for Screens and 1 no. for partition of collecting tank) as per design.(v) Supply and installation of 2 Nos. mechanical coarse screens of minimum length 6meters for 2.0 MLD average flow with peak factor of 3.0Note: 1. The connecting sewer of same diameter and material of construction, laid at adequate depth between existing sewers to newly constructed structures is included in scope of work. 2. All the Infrastructure except construction of staff quarters, Platform Tranformer/DG Set (40Sqm), Boundary wall (500 Mtr.) and path ways/ roads

SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT “Design, construction, erection, testing & commissioning of 2.0 MLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant based on Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) Technology complete in all respect including disposal of treated effluent through DI pipe, Landscaping, MCC Panel Room & all other contingent Electrical, Mechanical, Piping & Instrumentation works. With PLC & SCADA Arrangement for STP & MPS along with Synchronizing it with each other including furniture & laboratory equipments as per detail given in the bid document and including following components including O&M for 5Years and one year defect liability period after 3 months trial run period. (i) 2No. Supply, Erection, installation & commissioning of 12.5 mtr. high Mast GI Octagonal pole with Energy efficient LED lights (8Nos. x 180 watt) in each High Mast lights with suitable size of wires, cables MCCB, Pedestal, pipe Digital time switch (Programming of ON-OFF timing) as per satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge and as per specification laid in the DNIT .ii)6Nos. Supply & Erection of street lights with Hot Dip G.I. octagonal pole 10Mtr. Height of 4mm thickness with LED based street light 120W with pressure die cast aluminum housing with IP66 protection, underground cable in the trench, metal clad switches, MCCB, Earthing and suitable size of wire & cables as per specification laid in the DNIT. (iii) 24 Nos. Providing & fixing of Solar light 30 watt with dark & motion sensor, 2 level intelligent dimming after 3 and 6 hours of operation, IEC certified solar panel, LM80 certified LED, IP 65 complaint design to protect from rain & dust and UL certified lituimion battery with 2 year system warranty of 6 Mtr. GI pole complete in all respect(iv) Supply and installation of 1 No. SS Main Gate of SS-304 Grade 4m wide main gate and 1.25m wide wicket gate (total weight not less than 500kg) at STP site.

CCTV CAMERAS Providing and Installing 6 CCTV Cameras (4Cameras for STP and 2 Cameras for MPS) complete as per satisfaction of the Engineer– in- Charge, within 96 hours of signing the Agreement along with 90 days recording (DVR), 32 inch LED Screen, 16 Channel DVR at STP Site and 8 Channel DVR at MPS Site with connectors, cables, poles and power supply with online real-time output facility. The cameras at both the sites i.e. MPS and STP shall be synchronized at STP site. Cameras: i) At STP & MPS Site- 2 No. PTZ speed dome 360 degree 50X zoom camera, 3 No. 12mm lens size, 1 Nos. 3.6mm lens size. Make: - Sony/ Canon/Panasonic/ Samsung. CCTV Cameras should be installed and commissioned before starting execution of work including operation & Maintenance of 5 Years and one year defect liability period after 3 months trial run period.

Transformer, D.G. SET & FENCED ENCLOSURES Design, Supply & Erection of 1 NO. copper wound oil filled Transformer of 400KVA OFF load tap changer or suitable capacity on higher side (at STP) of standard make outdoor type, VCB Panel, G.O. Switch, H.T. Metering Panels, APFC Panels along with for each Transformer, 11KV Substation, entire cable network from G.O. Switch to H.T. Metering equipment and from H.T. Metering to Transformer Main to L.T. Panel, Earthing, safety equipment and any other contingent thereto complete in all respect as per DNIT and getting it passed from Chief Electrical Officer including operation & Maintenance of 5 Years and one year defect liability period after 3 months trial run period. (IS: 1180 -2014, IS: 2026 (Part I to Part IV), IS: 6600, IS: 3347, IS: 2099, IS: 335 etc. )

Design, Supply & Erection of 1 Nos. DG Set of 300 KVA or suitable capacity on higher side (at STP) capacity each with Acoustic Canopy, AMF Panel and Copper Earthing of suitable rate with change over switch & synchronizing panel complete as per DNIT including operation & Maintenance of 5 Years and one year defect liability period after 3 months trial run period
