Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of following sizes. Note : Open laying of cables are properly clamped in cable rack/tray mounted with wall supporting system as tire fashion with pre fabricated flange or GI Channel with min spacing as per specifications included in the quoted rate.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation of PCC/Steel pole, laying of cable in trenches etc and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L filling approved sand in trenches for sand cushioning of laying of cables to the full width of excavated trench 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm above the cable, gently punned down, stretching and testing of cable on transformer yard etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down shall be measured for payment.

M&L brick protection with common burnt brick sub class 'B' of size 230x115x75 mm for cable protection complete all as specified by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping / pedestal of poles including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

Supply & lay 80mm dia bore GI tubing light grade in protection of cable at road crossing /hard standing/pole protection fixed with clamps as per site requirement etc all as specified including taking down U/S one.

Cutting the existing road straight by manual, depth and width not less than 1 mtr below ground level for passing of underground cable and filling back with excavated soil upto 75% road portion and 25% shall be made with cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate stone complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including Double wall corrugated(DWC) HDPE duct pipe of 120mm outer dia and 103 inner dia mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, erecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 meters long) including painting with two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

S&F Weather proof outdoor bus bar chamber, made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet duly powder quoted comprising 4 Nos aluminium strips each of 200Amps, 60cm long duly insulated mounted on insulators including MCCB 100 Amp with 4 No’s mounting legs made out of 25mm x 25mm x 6mm angle iron grouted in PCC block of size 30cm x 60cm x 105cm (30cm depth below ground level and 75cm above ground level) in cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm grade crushed stone aggregate), and connections with suitable size of aluminium thimbles, nuts, bolts & washers including cable glands at entry and outlet points including excavation and earth work, returning filling and removal of surplus soils, including taking out old unserviceable bus bar chamber complete all as specified and directed.

S & F hot press moulded SMC junction / terminal box of size with internal diamensions of 200 x 140 x 95 mm with hinged door, incl provision of 2 way connector 415 Volts made out of polycarbonate or bakelite and 1 No MCB of 6 Amps with DIN bar, drilling holes for cable connections, connecting incoming and or out going cables by providing suitable of size of cable lugs/glands, fixed on pole by means of clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 25 mm x 3 mm including dismantling of old unserviceable all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay PVC Insulated , PVC sheathed industrial HV round mult icore flexible cable with copper conductor 3 core 1.5 sqmm including PVC conduit 20 mm dia medium grade and necessary bends, fittings and fixtures as required for connection of light fittings.

M & L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron strip 25 x 4 mm, by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI pipe medium grade 40mm bore from earth electrode to test point incl provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM sheet (weight not less than 4Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25 x 25 x 6mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 8mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling test point with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, complete all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I and connection to earth test point including testing on completion all as directed. Note :- The cost of 7.5m long galvanised iron earth strip 25 x 4 mm size and protection pipe of 40mm bore GI light grade is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate.
