LGSF works: 150 GSM 550 MPA Zincalume sections – C75-100 mm sections 0.75/1.0 mm BM thickness, designed using Framecad/Supracad.
The steel manufacturer shall provide an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) to the MES, ensuring transparency in the material's environmental impact. The coated steel finish shall be free from defects and shall provide branding on back side with product details such as thickness, grade,coating mass, date, mfg. name and MES. The steel manufacturers test certificate for the chemical and mechanical properties of steel must be approved by the concerned engineer authorised by Engineer-in-charge prior to installation. The manufacturer of the steel and profile should be the same.

Decking:
Supply & Installation of Structural Decking 51 DECK Profile in Galvanized Steel shall be minimum 0.8mm thick BMT 550MPa yield strength as per IS 513 with a crest height of 51 mm at a pitch distance of 316mm c/c having a cover width of 960 mm, 3mm deep and 19 mm long embossment on either side of webs which are diagonally opposite to each other to provide the mechanical interlocking between the steel and concrete ensuring adequate composite action between steel and concrete.The panel shall have v”shape of 10mm deep on rib and panasa stiffener and male and female interlocking at side lap. The deck panel shall be coated with hot dipped zinc with coating mass of Z 275gm per sqm on both sides as per IS277 or approved equivalent as per direction of Engineer in charge.
The Steel conforms to IS1397 and BSEN10147:2000. The profile comprises of intermediate male & female ribs for every interlocking of side lap joints.

External Wall sheet:
Supply & Installation of 0.53mm TPT pre-painted Zincalume Trapezoidal roof sheet of 935mm effective cover width with eleven major corrugation,24mm high rib spaced at 93.5mm c/c.The end rib shall have anti-capillary groove and return leg. The steel sheet shall be fastened with 40μm zinc coated or 25μm zinc-tin alloy coated, Hex head, self drilling screw as per AS 3566-2002 Class 3 fasteners of tata or approved make.
Coil Specifications-The base steel of sheet material shall be nominal 0.45mm Base Metal Thickness (BMT) substrate and 0.53mm Total Painted Thickness(TPT) ,coated with hot dipped Zincalume alloy coating (i.e. 55%Al,43.4%Zinc,1.6%Si) AZ 200 (i.e.minimum of 200g per SqmAl-Zn alloy coating mass total on both sides) having yield strength of 550MPa conforms to IS15961 and factory painted and oven baked with total 35 micron paint DFT conforms to IS15965- class 3. On exposed surface of the sheet shall be having 20-micron DFT of Super Durable Polyester exterior quality paint system (IS15965- class 3) - (Free from Lead and heavy metals), over 5-micron DFT corrosion inhibitive polyester primer and on reverse side of sheet shall have 5-micron DFT polyester coat over 5-micron corrosion inhibitive polyester primer.The paint system shall have inorganic and ceramic pigments in Super Durable Polyester resin. | - | - | - | - | |

Supply & Installation of 0.53mm TPT pre-painted Zincalume profile sheet of 1110 mm effective cover width profile with nominal 3.5mm deep ribs at pitch of 48mm centre to centre distance.The steel sheet shall be fastened with 40μm zinc coated or 25μm zinc-tin alloy coated ,Hexhead ,self-drilling screwasper AS 3566-2002 Class 3 fasteners of tata or approved make.

Providing and fixing of external thermal insulation and composite system with first layer of self-extinguishing type expanded polystyrene (EPS insulation boards of 50mm thick (max 1mX0.5m section), conforming to IS 4671:1984, having thermal conductivity of 0.034 W/ mK, (measured as per IS 3346-1980), density of 20-24kg/m3 measured as per IS 5688-1982, fire retardant property self-extinguishing type as per EN 13501-1, bonded with special polymer modified cementations adhesive conforming to EOTA ETAG 004 (European Technical Approval) formulated to bond polystyrene insulation boards to typical mineral substrate (according to ETAG 004) and Polypropylene mechanical fasteners with plastic pin confirming to EOTA ETAG 014 (European Technical Approval) having dia 10mm & L=200mm on finished level wall and the junction between two adjacent EPS boards to be sealed with low expansion moisture cure Polyurethane Foam. Second layer consists of Fiberglass mesh covered with alkali-resistant coating, mass per unit area>145 gm/m2, mesh size: 3.9X4.0mm +- 10% embedded in special polymer modified cementations Base Coat with hydrophobes and the corners will be protected with Corner-beads with alkali-resistant mesh wings at least 10 cm wide, mesh mass per unit area min 145 gm/m2. Wall Insulation: Providing & Fixing 48 KG/m3 Rock wool insulation with aluminum foil laid over the top of purlins, complete as per directions of Engineering -in- charge. ndow: 2 track UPVC window with fixed mosquito net installed out side the window along with MS Grill on external surface. Door: 35 mm Flush door for rooms and UPVC Door for toilets. Flooring : Vitrified tiles 2x2 - Kajaria or Eq.Board on internal room:
12.5 mm Gypsum board laid on top of 8 mm cement fiber board with proper jointing and tapping and paint as per engineer in charge.
Civil Works: Civil foundation– Footing as per site requirement –with tie beam and plinth protection wall in Brick. Footing size – Typical (3.5m x 3.5m) depth 1500 mm
Slab–100mm from top of deck sheet with double reinforcement
Soil compaction using available soil to raise the overall land by 450 mm (150 mm to be GSB/Sub grade material and 75 mm to be PCC (as approved by GE) with reinforcement fiber added for strength. AAC block work where ever necessary–(Wet area) Electrical works: Basic electrical conduit and wiring with fixtures-internal.
plumbing : Toilet and kitchen area as per layout submitted.
