Providing Acoustic wall paneling with wooden cladding at Meeting Hall at IDOC in Hanumakonda District

Absorptive Wall Treatment: Supply and installation of NEXGEN Fabric Tracks Stretch wall fabric system by using FR Grade acoustic fabric of size 1700mm width, shall be stretched by using wooden base 12.5 mm thick, rigid vinyl Stretch Tracks half wrap/full wrap 12.5mm and Midseam15mm, Nishabd Strand wood wool board Nishabd Infills polyester fibre infill with requisite accessories & tools. first install Gl FRAME Work Nishabd 12.5mm tracks to be installed on wooden base, after applying Stick adhesive on both surfaces for a true and continuous secure grip, and heavy-duty fasteners at 150mm centers on one/bothsides of Stretch Tracks. The Gl strut system includes Gl Cross channel having thickness 0.45mm, length 3600mm, knur led web 40mm, depth 25mm and equal flanges 15mm is fastened vertically/horizontally at every 600mm centres. Nishabd Strand Wood Wool Board is square edge magnesite bonded pinewood fibre panels of size 600x1200x20mm having density 400kg/m3. weight 4kg which is fixed to Cross Channel 25mm. Long edge of panels should be perpendicular to length of Cross Channel. Nishabd Infills polyester fibre infill 1000gsm 50mm thick adhered on Nishabd Strand Wood Wool Board panel by using adhesive. Fabric of width 1700mm is then aligned to the Stretch tracks by following the fabric thread line or pattern. The fabric is stretched and tucked into the Stretch tracks and secure into the locking jaws so that it will be smooth, free of wrinkles with the tucking tools. Note minimum 50mm additional fabric is required for tucking hence maximum module wall fabric width would be 1600mm.
